Axway tool is very user-friendly and easy to generate reports quick. Great tool !!
What do you like best about the product?
Search options and the tool's design for setting up partner profile. Very simple and elegant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. All looks good. It is already good in its design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with partners for EDI transactions. Also setting up AS2 and SFTP with them with great ease.

Partnerships and support. Team members understand the importance of our company and have a sense of urgency.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best tool for DML mapping. We use it for several type of data format including csv, flat files. Use of inline process helps in acheiving several tasks whch is not default feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still do not have feature to address Excel as data source for mapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us in modifying critical business files which hold monetary penalty. We can acheive internal data transfer with proper tracking feature.

Connecting to internal application we have to utilize other products. If B2B I can directly integrate this can be avoided.

Axway is part of our most business critical systems. Capabilities that Axwway provides to our complex environement is sustainable and effective.
Recommendation for Axway B2B Gateway
What do you like best about the product?
Axway B2B Gateway is one of the strong B2B gateway product , i have ever used. Product provides wide range of APIs which is something i love personally as it helps me to automate and integrate with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downsides from a technical perspective. The only thing is the licensing cost is a bit on the higher side ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Of course the day-to-day exchange of business transactions without latency is Axway's primary job and on the top of it , we are leveraging Axway APIs to pull Partner profiles and design a self service portal for our Suppliers/Customer to renew HTTP certificates.

What do you like best about the product?
The application stability, flexibility, and robust nature is greater than other products I've seen. Features available for a fully integrated solution and file transfer solutions. Axway is always open for collaboration and

I'm streteched to find something I dislike - but feel that some enhanced marketing of translation and edi document capabilites would be beneficial. I'd been using the application for several years before I learned there were translation capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out central signing solution for CSOS, improvements to alerting applications, file transfer improvements. Axway is open for collaboration and any ideas are discussed.
My experience with Axway B2Bi has been very positive.
What do you like best about the product?
B2Bi allows us to use various protocols to meet our different customers communication requirements. It is also very reliable and normally has very little issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security configuration is somewhat cumbersome and not always granular enough. It also needs to get up to speed with using Google GCS in place of file directories as locations to pull documents from and delivery to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our external communication needs to exchange data with our customers. It is reliable, which is extremely important for a customer facing application.
