Phenomenal customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
They offer multiple reports as well as reoccurring account review calls. Our concierge and engineers are always helpful and extremely polite. Just genuinely good/nice people. It's nice to know people are reviewing activity on your network and looking out for you. Michael and Devin are incredible at what they do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about the staff of complany
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an educated set of eyes on our network traffic is invaluable.

The Arctic Wolf experience has always been great.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Arctic Wolf is their timeliness and details of the content they provide is top notch. Quick response upon making a request of the team is greatly appreciated. Ease of deploying and implementing with a whole host of people to assist in guiding the implementation. Arctic Wolf and their team helps put in place a solution that provides a solid security enhancement for the organization at a great value for the money spent. They stay in close contact with my team with regular calls to make sure nothing is missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting is pretty, but it isn't as useful as it could be. E.g. score this month versus score this year to date, as opposed to score this month versus score last month. They're working on it, but have been for some time. But I do appreciate their positive response to my sincere criticism. They are always open to a conversation about how they can make the product better for the customer and work towards that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Arctic Wolf essentially expands my team both in size and in hours covered. I can rest a little easier knowing someone is watching on my behalf and are good at what they do. The team stays in contact with me regarding observations on our network and their response time is very good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend you compare Arctic Wolf with other industry leaders. You will find they are as responsive, but less expensive. Not all managed detection and response service providers offer the same services or technology. Be sure to choose wisely and select the one that is a perfect fit to your organization's size, security controls in place, and needs. You can also ask for proofs of concept to validate a provider's claims.
They are always a pleasure to work with.
They deliver a vast amount of data in reports that are easy to understand and digest. The reports provide excellent technical detail and others are excellent for high level executive discussions.
Data and privacy regulations should be respected. Be sure that you choose a provider that is able to meet the compliance requirements you need to observe.
Their insight into what is going on in my network is invaluable both to me and my team.
We wouldn't be able to provide the same level of coverage ourselves for the cost of the service.

If you haven’t had the opportunity or resources to dive deeply into your organization's security, consider only those providers with a more comprehensive technology stack. If you already have tools at your disposal, choose a provider that can offer you a different set of tools than what you have.
The tools they provide are excellent, their team backs up the excellent tools with expert knowledge and recommendations.
They have the ability to provide automation for a number of vital cyber services with the use of their tools.

A Live Demonstration of the New Managed Risk Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ease that the Dashboard showed all of the most critical information easily
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually found nothing that I found to be lacking, all the information that is contained in the dashboard is what I would considered to be highly usable content for battling Cyber security and reporting to upper management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are noticing the prompt reactions to potential issues and getting the attention that these issues need immediately
Our Experience with Arctic Wolf Networks
What do you like best about the product?
We always have productive and in-depth calls with our CST and account manager. They are attentive to our requests and supply very knowledgeable answers. I have requested specific indicators to be monitored in our environment and they have always been able to accommodate our needs. Usually it is in the form of a new alert notification sent to us or a new report that is provided on an ongoing basis. I have recommended Arctic Wolf at many security conferences, in person and online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Arctic Wolf Networks has been growing year over year. I have seen their vendor booth or virtual booth appear at many security conferences. However, because of their growth success, we have seen a few members of our concierge team come and go. They do replace the team members with experienced and confident CSTs and we still get great service, so it is not that much of a downfall. You just have to get acquainted with them and they have to get acquainted with your and your work environment.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to other organizations of any size that they take advantage of all the security features Arctic Wolf Networks has to offer. It is easy to order a solution and complete the purchase, but make certain that you are engaged in the installation and the deployment of Arctic Wolf in your network environment. Whether it is you or another member of your Information Technology team that is responsible for the deployment, take the time to know the tools. Ask the concierge team to walk you through the process as if they were installing this service in their own business. They can create a plan to assist you in deploying all the features and make sure you understand the logging, end-point monitoring, and integrations with cloud applications.
Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf's team is top notch. From setup team to your concierge team, they make it easy to use and understand the tool. The support team responds quickly and professionally every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. They have been quick to implement customer requested improvements so any issues that I have had at first have been rectified through enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a small company, I needed a MDR and Managed Risk tool that would scale to a company our size. The integrations with our company tools has been an added bonus.
You Guys Rock! I would totally recommend your products to others.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Feature enhancements that derive from requests made by customers. Arctic Wolf actually listens to suggestions made from folks in the field that use these products on an everyday basis in different environments. I love how I have all my internal and external scanners in one place and can manage these risks all in one place. We are a small shop and this takes out most of the headache of upkeep. The Scanners are super easy to deploy and I rarely have any issues with them malfunctioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been a customer of Arctic Wolf for quite some time. I have yet to run into something that they were not willing to assist with so far. When we have an issue that needs to be solved, We send and email and their engineers are immediately back in touch with us. I guess if I had to complain about something, they are TOO fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Arctic Wolf to automate much of our scans. We can create scheduled scans, as well as continuous scans for things such as wifi networks. This is great as devices constantly connect and disconnect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Super Friendly People. They have a great product and are enjoyable to work with to resolve any issues that you have.

What do you like best about the product?
the back and forth with our Concierge Security Team. Things we bring up as wants or needs are addressed. And they are helpful with recommendations to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the MDR product has as much visibility as the Managed Risk side. It feels like you really need both to get full value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility both internally and externally. We've been scanning our high value servers for years, but were limited financially on what we could do. Now we are able to scan all of our networks and get feedback from the team on what priorities we should concentrate on first.
Arctic Wolf strikes a great balance between cost, capability and personality
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf has been a valued team addition at our organization. Our concierge team is always readily available. Our Tickets and questions are always responded in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attack vector feature is not available. External vulnerability scan does not show the attack vector, most of the time they are false positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vulnerabilities exist within all endpoint devices. We can quickly identify the vulnerabilities and take proper action. It helped us save money and time for better security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small to mid-size organization, Arctic Wolf brings a lot to the table. It will help you save time, money for better security operation.

What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf is easy to reach if we have questions. Their product provides us with 24/7 insight of what is happening in our complex computing environment. Their staff is knowledgable and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. I am very satisfied with the level of service of Arctic Wolf staff. I am very satisfied with the product.

Quickly iIdentifying the most critical/high risks in our environment.

Our concierge team is extremely fast and helpful and provide a high level of detail to any potential security issues that they find. They are an integral part of our cybersecurity team.
