A reliable and reassuring managed risk solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it reacts very quickly to any threat or incident that is flagged either on our network or with any of our user's accounts. Without these tools, we wouldn't be aware as quickly and potentially wouldn't be able to react quick enough to deal with these threats before they escalate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's too much noise created and the issues you want to focus on more can get lost within the noise. This however is not necessarily a bad thing, as you want your managed risk solution to remain vigilant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attacks on any of our users in the form of alerting us to any unusual activity on their accounts. Also the re-assurance that if any endpoint is compromised, then it will be quickly isolated from the Network, allowing us to have peace of mind that the threat hasn't spread throughout our Network.

What do you like best about the product?
The obvious answer is the 24/7 coverage on our systems. We also enjoy the recurring meetings, covering a variety of security topics, and the weekly reporting is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with EVERYTHING, the cost is constantly rising. It'd be nice to extend the partnership of AW and NY State by offering discounted cost for local governments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having 24/7 "eyes on glass" watching our logs and notifying us of potential threats.

One of the main things I really enjoy with Arctic wolf is the consistent communication from the team there.
We often receive updates and regular meetings from them.

Portal can be at times slow but typically quick enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly hunting down vulnerabilities so that we can make the network more secure.
Great tool and support team
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf provides not only a great platform that we have high confidence in for MDR, but also a great team. From sales to the account management team and the people handling tickets, we have had a great experience from AWN.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the sales person that you get, they can be pushy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MDR since we are a smaller team that has a lot of networks and end users to monitor. There's no way we could do the security monitoring and support in-house, not only from a man hours perspective, but also from an expertise and toolset cost as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf is a high-quality security solution. I love that we get to talk to a human on the other end and they are available 24/7 and have great SLA's. Our security is as important to them as it is to us unlike other platforms that just want to sell you software and collect checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides so far but maybe slightly out of budget for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a smaller team that has no dedicated security employees, so this gives us the advantage of having security professionals always available to help handle security services.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative I've found was the difficulty it took in moving from one VAR to another during renewal time. It took several attempts to get this across the finish line. Other than that, the support team and the product itself is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very small IT Team and we are not able to give Cyber Security the attention it needs. Having the Arctic Wolf's managed services gives us confidence that they will detect any issues within our environment when they arise.

What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf, henceforth referred to as "AW," ensure that a live human has eyes on your network 24/7. For an IT professional, the peace of mind this brings cannot be overstated. With today's security landscape being more threatening than ever, AW keeps vigilant watch and protects your network from any immediate threats. AW is easy to work with, and they work to your specifications. They can be as intrusive or unintrusive as your team needs.

Any downsides that we may have experienced with AW were all provided and taken in as feedback, and the processes were improved. This is just a testament to the excellent team at AW.

AW makes sure that the network is protected at all hours of the day.
My Cyber As A Service Trusted Partner
What do you like best about the product?
That the people are accessible and engaged along side a great hardware and software solution.
We have other great software in our environment, but picking up the phone to talk to MY CST is everything about the Concierge Cyber service that it promises to be. A mid-sized company cannot afford large teams for specific silos and having the power of Arctic Wolf is everything in the performance of my duties as the cyber lead.

Nothing comes to mind - it is fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf is my outsourced SOC. I sleep knowing if they call I should answer. We have been a customer for several years and this is the single most effective tool in our 7 x 24 active coverage in the cyber space.
Reducing Risks with Arctic Wolf's Quick Incident Alert System!
What do you like best about the product?
The rapid response times on potential security risks are essential in the day to day operations and security of our IT Systems here at our organization. The responses on open tickets are quick and potential security risks are managed quickly and easily via email or the Arctic Wolf portals. Implementing Arctic Wolf into the systems at our organization has been seamless and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a high number of false positives that are identified using Arctic Wolf, so there can be quite a few tickets that are generated. However, we would rather have too many notifications, than not enough of them when potential risks are identified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf is highlighting potential security risks from logins and failed logins on and off the internal network for our organization. DUO login alerts along with account lockouts are identified and the internal IT Team is identified, in the moment, as to when risks are found.
