Insightful Tool for Optimizing User Journey
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to see exactly what users are doing on our site. The session replays are super helpful for spotting issues and understanding where people get stuck. It saves a lot of guesswork and helps us fix things faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming — there are a lot of features and it takes time to learn how to use everything properly. The interface isn’t always the most intuitive, and occasionally the session replays may lag or miss in some scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us see exactly how users are interacting with our site, so we can spot issues faster—like broken buttons, confusing navigation, or drop-off points. It’s made troubleshooting way easier and helps us improve the user experience without relying only on guesswork or feedback forms.
Great for iOS
What do you like best about the product?
The idea of actually seeing a session is something i never seen before anywhere else. For me as a developer the mose usable case is when i cannot reproduce crashes from logs when there is not enough information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remembering and making sure sensitive information is masked is important and might require maintenance. The only extra work you need to put into your project when developing new fetures etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me as an ios developer it solves recreating crashed i find on crashlytics and where the logs i get there are not enough for me to reproduce.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Glassbox allows me to gain valuable insight into the customer journey and how page design flaws affect consumer behavior. By using the Trip Maps, I am able to measure our site's Core Web Vital (CWV), specifically the Largest Contentful Paint, which is a critical part of determining SEO placement on mobile devices. In addition, using GlassBox gives us visibility into user-generated data, such as correlating CWV score with revenue, so we can explain certain tasks with value and why investing in website improvement should be prioritized within projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the connection between Glassbox and Google Data Studio, but I think it could be improved. While adding difficulty ratings to our site's dashboards through Google Data Studio is valuable, users should also have access to this information when they come to us from various forms of ad clicks without having to manually search for it in third-party applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Glassbox technology, we are able to more quickly identify and resolve any issues within our website or mobile application.

What do you like best about the product?
Great session replay and user analytics that provides insight from improving UX and Product decisions. See what users actually do instead of what they say to drive more acquisitions, conversions, and engagement on your site.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some privacy concerns around what information is captured and how securely it can be stored for companies such as ours that may need to capture PII information for customer onboarding flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a lean team, we needed insight into what our users are doing on our site and where they are dropping off - beyond just looking at bounce rates we needed to understand where to improve the user experience and where their attention was.

Good Experience with Glassbox
What do you like best about the product?
Glassboro is a great way to boost a business as it allows you to clearly identify where the website is not performing at its best and fix it quickly reducing the number of errors. Likewise, it allows obtaining a higher level of commitment from clients. Glassbox is really simple and intuitive to use software, it helps both non-technical users and developers to identify specific use case issues at the individual customer level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, there is nothing to dislike about this platform. In all the time that I have used this software, I have not had any kind of problems or errors. Om the contrary, implementing their use has helped us improve our processes in matter of weeks.

It helps us prioritize things faster and drive higher customer satisfaction with our products by fixing the real issue efficiently giving them a better experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how Glassbox can capture elements on the page automatically, without having to tag them individually. Creating reports and funnels is also very easy on the console. The customer support team is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently cannot allocate purchased number of sessions to different applications from within the console- once configured, the configuration remains the same throughout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glassbox gives the 'why's behind observations that tools like Google Analytics alone cannot currently provide. It also highlights behavioral issues to a great extent that could have otherwise been understood only by talking to actual customers- something not everyone has the time/resources for.

The accuracy of the data presented, the modifications to the application's introduction and overview procedures and the simplicity of the platform itself that sometimes confuse new users

I really like the range of data that is returned. It allows me to make accurate decisions after analyzing the data returned and based on that give my customers a better

I would love easier column management/reorder ability. it takes me long time to order and sort the columns of data so that I get the results I need and the understadning of what needs to be done

We seek out the sessions where our customers have had bugs and not achieving what they wanted to do as part of their booking process this helps us in providing them a better experience
