What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly view what customer-facing error messages are shown and the frequency. Very easy to setup, use and administrate
What do you dislike about the product?
Heatmapping can sometimes be tricky (but that's probably because my site is a single page application), the other thing I'd like is on the new journey maps section (the colored pie chart maps), I want to be able to screenshot them with numbers on! Atm I screenshot then have to manually add text boxes in PowerPoint over the top to shop percentages for paths of interest. If you could select which paths to highlight on the pie diagram, they would be more useful to share.

Work with the Glasbox team on insights from the journey map - there are great insights to get from it regarding user behavior

We did a deep dive of checkout funnels looking at blocking errors and customer struggle.

We are only used to the legacy software provided by Session Cam, and still learning Glassbox. It is still challenging to articulate possible issues

We love the service; multiple departments now use it, the only thing I can think of that I would like to do is be able to add viewing accounts on my own. We setup Glassbox with our single sign on further expanding on its ease of use.

Sometimes can hold too much detail, the stats don't always marry up with similar platforms we use.

The variety of visualization widgets and all the possible modifications in them, alongside the sheer amount of possible configurations inside every area of the Glassbox application

The limitation of 8 days in the time frame towards some measurements and custom attributes

Most problems come from identifying how our user behaves inside our application and turn that behavior into data and analyze it.
Despite the limitation towards the time frame, the benefits of capturing almost every element interacted by the user and from the user are at the top of my list.

The support team are very responsive with questions/follow-ups. Very easy to setup and the suppot is great. Glassbox meets our requirements very well abd are easy to do business with

Would be good to see some more automated methods of measuring quality control in our app although I understand that each app has different quirks & requirements
