Great for Funnel Analysis!
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Glassbox for Session recording and funnel analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outside of basic analysis, it requires a knowledge of IT to use

Understanding user activity why they do what they do. Where they are leaving and where they are struggling.

Work with the BI team - they know their stuff

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I found about Glassbox is the custom funnel reports, user sessions, data export, and much more. Before Glassbox, my team and I were using other tools for improving the customer experience; until that, we were thinking we are using something best, but Glassbox changed our thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Future requests take much time to get implemented. Sometimes ghost broken sessions add extra pain to collect reports. No way of stitching the sporadic sessions or any leaks that happened in the past in terms of PII
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data exports in Tableau and Snowflakes. Custom events and funnel design with picklist parameters, which makes Glassbox easy to use.

It's interesting to learn from GB experience users and how the difference in their business models alter the way they use GB and where their focus is.

I can only watch the recorded sessions because all the live ones happened midnight in my time zone.

Identify customer pain points and enhance via a reiterate process of test and learn. Looking at the sessions playback we did manage to nail down several issues from the existing ux design which we might not notice without GB.

Lack of high-level reporting would like to have executive reports at the high level

Capturing sessions, understanding customer behavior and joruneys product role-out in both web and mobile
Very good tool for Session Replays, Fallouts and Conversions
What do you like best about the product?
I like the detailed info on fallouts in the flow and viewing the fallout sessions so that it allows us to address the issues, friction that customers are facing with completing their transactions.

Fast forwarding the session replays needs to be better. It is too slow. Also, if there is a support page on how to use glass box and query for info that we need will be useful

What do you like best about the product?
We loved the granularity of the reports and the journey tracking of the users inside the application. Glassbox also has a product for the mobile application that it's extremely useful if your company owns a mobile app.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could be a minus is that sometimes it is difficult to find the proper functionality inside the glassbox console due to its complex features. I think the team can work a bit on the UX/UI design of the console

Built on modern technology, very flexible scaling, very extensive feature set, vendor willing to add enhancements based on recommendations

Limited central administration; not optimized for legacy application

Replacement of Tealeaf system; much faster application onboarding capability due to the way the Glassbox can instrument the applications

Glassbox provides great insights from a customer perspective, has good usage coverage in several website categories. Including Computers Electronics & Technology, Science & Education, Arts & Entertainment, Health.

I think Glassbox is trending in the right direction, but may still be behind tools like Google Analytics in overall market share and website coverage.

Working with clients to better define customer experience, and refining future roadmap on CX discoveries. Tools like Glassbox are being discussed to help mitigate risk and promote additional discussion.
