Excellent insight tool, get ready to dazzle your colleagues with data

What do you like best about the product?
Click maps are extremely useful, enabled me to remove things from pages that were slowing us down. Funnels an excellent option, can see where we lose people on journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training helps but it's not easy, easy to use. I don't have the time to invest to really get myself up to speed so maybe dont get as much value out of it as I could. Small complaint though as probably just me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing things slowing down pages, fixing broken journeys, using it to solve internal dispute that slows things down from that pov.

What do you like best about the product?
it has an ergonomic and user-friendly interface, allows obtaining recent and mostly accurate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
in very specific scenarios it does not capture the required information as is the case of the SP application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found several bugs which have been fixed and have improved the user experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should try glass box , it is a great analytics tool that would help improve your projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The different funnels and reports that we can set up into Glassbox helps a lot to take more informed decisions in customer behalf. Also the session replay is really helpful to understand the customer pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sessions expires quickly, should have a longer period of time before they expire. Also that the funnels at least don't capture all the sessions, there is always a margin, but it is understandable. So in general the tool is really awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is using Glassbox to find issues or opportunities of improvements in our commerce flows, at the same time we quantify and prioritize issues depending in the amount of session weekly experiencing the issue. We also review the impact and conversion ratio of the different initiatives that we relase to production, it helps to see any pain point as well as any improvement opportunity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We love the toot, it puts you into the customer's shoes showing you the journey and pain points.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to build and view both quantitative and qualitative customer experience insights in one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great tool that can further differentiate itself in the digital tech stack through analytics capabilities/offerings (e.g. trended views).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glassbox does a great job in quickly highlighting friction points within the Digital, resulting in faster resolution times.

What do you like best about the product?
The GlassBox console is intuitive and easy to use. The support is excellent and training is great
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit confusing to create reports and funnels

At the moment we have been using GlassBox as a proof of concept live trial but we have already surfaced a number of issues with the website that can be quickly fixed

TVCAPP to configure app definitions and self-monitoring capabilities.

we are solving application issues with respect to broken application, user transaction failure and overall tracking performance issue.

Glassbox is very advanced too for monitor application and user behavior, its clientside capture and analytics capabilities are awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox is built using modern technologies and frameworks as opposed to some of the other RUM solutions on the market. It is built with extensibility in mind and has the ability to adapt to varied monitoring scenarios. The vendor is also constantly adding new functionality that is directly based on user feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
"With great power comes great responsibility" - Glassbox is a powerful tool with many different configuration possibilities, requiring foresight and planning to implement in then best possibly way. This is not necessarily a shortcoming of Glassbox, but is common with enterprise tools of this type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glassbox has been used to address development issues, application support issues, business intelligence questions, as well as being a huge help in helping to identify 'bad actors' within our online infrastructure and address those security concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
Session replay is easy to learn and understand and provides and immediate benefit to see how users interact with our product. Reports and Funnels are even more powerful after over-coming a little bit of a learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to using GlassBox, it provides amazing insight into friction in your product. As mentioned, the more advanced features have more of a learning curve to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Friction in our UI (where do users get stuck)
* Fraud detection
* Production support
* A little for APM
* Bug analysis (GlassBox is great for identifying users impacted by a bug for later reconciliation with the user)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Super powerful tool, getting a set of power-users and advocates to drive adoption will definitely help with getting GlassBox into a company's processes. Once there, it quickly becomes an indispensable tool.

-> iOS session for hybrid apps
-> storyboard regeneration does not render screen properly.
-> custom event does not capture screen shots
-> masking fields bydefault
