Kong Admin API was very helpful and Kong Manager made things easy.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about kong API is it can run on Kubernetes. It helped us load balance the users and logging. We were just testing. We will Increase its use in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now everything is going great. It would be helpful if the documentation also includes screenshots or expected output and if kong starts certification that would be helpful in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We developed a traveling application with API on the backend and React on the frontend. We used kong as testing and found it helpful in load balancing and logging.
It was awesome to use and was very optimistic

Kong gateway ai is super useful and helps resolves any technical issues quickly

It solving the security problems as another api gateways doesn't provide in such optimistic manner

What do you like best about the product?
It provides the least amount of latency and is highly reliable. It's quite flexible and powerful. Setting up was pretty straight forward as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks community support. It needs to gain popularity so that ideas can be exhanged in a better manner.

It helped me manage the microsrvices better. It made the development process a lot simpler for the microservices.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of kong gateway is the centralised management of all the API and it can be managed on multiple clouds and onprem. The best part is the hybrid deployment.

Just started exploring. Will have to get there still.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure services and routes and plugins in kong and several security plugins makes development handy.
Different flavours of deployment with kong like CP DP Model , Kong mesh and Kong Konnect and standalone on prem deployment.

Creating Custom Plugins using lua ,

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster routing the requests across the microservices and the authentication plugins helps to remove the extra burden on creating separate authentication layer on top of microservies.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and we can scale the service as per the requirement also it is the most secured one for microservices and distributed architectures. Great performance too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing but the credentials are provided by the admin as we customers can't change them, and customer care support needs to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems of microservice like load balancing, monitoring each microservice, fault tolerance and some other features also , need to explore other things too, as the requirement comes or need to see other things as of now as mentioned above I currently using.

We replaced all the microgateways and Kong is much more stable and flexible

What do you like best about the product?
The infrastructure of Kong is it's the best thing which separates it from others.We can easily customise our business flows and also make the plugins customised and then we can deploy them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Plugins can be made in multiple languages and some easier path for deployment can be made as it is hard to debug and test them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us handling each and every request easily and can make a detailed note of them and we have customised every flow as per the customers requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
Performance improvements in the traffic routing and latency reduction are noticeable. impressive integration capabilities with AI workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
debugging issues at scale becomes a bit tricky without external observability tools, so my suggestion to have own observability feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kong API Gateway helps my projects Microservice application without any difficulty easily set load balance to other micro services and traffic management whenever some service got more traffic moving traffic other services, monitoring services.
