It's awesome
What do you like best about the product?
The world's best support, always available and accommodating. I have learned an incredible amount about data management thanks to the help we have received through Rivery. The service itself is incredibly user-friendly, easy to understand and adaptable to our needs. The pricing model is fair and transparent and competitive with other suppliers. We conducted a comprehensive analysis of all suppliers before we chose to proceed with Rivery, we are incredibly satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not encountered any problems with the platform, we keep our fingers crossed...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a flexible platform and partner who could tailor a solution based on our specific needs, this was what Rivery could do. We are a marketing agency that is now developing completely new methods for data collection and reporting to our customers. We are completely new to big data and ETL tools and therefore it was just as important for us to find a scalable platform as a guiding partner.
Great product, clear and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule dependent ETLs in a queue using a simple drag and drop. There's built-in support for nearly every third-party service we are using, and great tech-support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor UI bugs but the platform is constantly improving, and they're not more than tiny annoyances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating different tools and pushing the data into a Snowflake data lake, as well as Snowflake ODS to Snowflake DWH jobs.
Very easy to use and a lot of technical support

The already pre loaded connections and the documentation

I don't like how it's organized, I have a lot of rivers and I wish there was a better way to group them

We are able to connect to databases that we weren't able to before at a much faster pace
Serious cloud based ELT tool
What do you like best about the product?
Rivery's aggregation of our data sources enabled my analytics team to improve budgeting for different business functions and our marketing attribution model. By combining sources like GA, SalesForce, and AppFlyer, we were able to construct a more accurate customer touch point journey, consequently improving ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. The team has some exciting new features coming.

Data accuracy and completeness. We now have a more data driven strategy and have optimized costs.

Saves our team 80% of the time that was used for data prep

I don't have any suggestions at this time as all features met our needs

Managing APIs. It allows my team more time for analysis instead of using it for preparation
Great alternative to Fivetran
What do you like best about the product?
No price per connector nor platform fee. Able to orchestrate the data replication from the transformation pipelines, which is very useful. Basically freed up a BI engineer for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I felt like the integration process was seamless.

We automated data ingestion from multiple SaaS and social sources.

Reach out to the support team! They are very helpful when dealing with unique use cases.
Rivery is a great complement to Snowflake
What do you like best about the product?
We tested other ETL / Date pipeline products but few were as easy to use as Rivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
IMHO Rivery is not for extremely complex ETL tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We copy NetSuite to Snowflake for Tableau reporting. Rivery let's you pass SQL statements to do most of the "T" you need in your ETL process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give this a try before you buy anything else, especially if you use Snowflake.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have to say that there are no "dislikes" from my side,
I will happy to get more functionality to see all my rivers timeline (how many and what processes run on each time, to see it in a nice graphical way (like a GANT chart or something similar).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to perform our ETL's very quickly, It connects to a lot of API's and saves us hours of coding and updates.
Fully managed ELT tool with robust transformations
What do you like best about the product?
Smaller company with spectacular support team. They integrated uncommon sources for us expeditiously. Loved the ability to orchestrate data ingestion from the transformation layer. We were looking at Matillion but didn't like the UI and that it wasn't fully managed in the cloud, nor did we like Fivetran's pricing structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative feedback to report.

This has streamlined my analysis protocol in a very easy to use UI.
A Simple and Scalable ELT Tool for Risk Free Data Pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
I really like working with Rivery. It makes it very easier to integrate data from many sources and apis. It saves us lots of complications and risks in our ELT workflows.
Rivery has a great and professional support team which are available immediately. In order to use Rivery you don't have to use anything besides SQL. Rivery has a high commitment to add new integrations pretty fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have an option to add multiple tables in one time but rivers are very easy to clone and manage and it takes few minutes to create a whole data pipeline.

Integrations between multiple data sources and apis.
