From creating river to connection everything is very easy to understand and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
To set up the API connection and then create the source to target river to get the data from source to target database very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should have a proper document for how to use the Rivery very effectively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to automatically fetch the data from the Government website by using their API key and want to store that data in the Snowflake database, but I want this whole process automatic. So Rivery solve my problem where I can create a connection for an API key and set up everything very easily with scheduler.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily integrate with cloud services. Have been using Snowflake and colloborating it with riverly is doing wonders. Also useful to fetch data from repositories using the API call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although they have done great work at the presentation layer, I think there are still possibilities to improve for a better graphical user interface. Also the wating time for the river to start running could have been less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily letting me the integration of various data sources creating the river, orchestrating the data flow and schedule it. No hassle. Fully automated and no burden of infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how simple it is to use and also how powerful, I never thought it would be this simple to create Connection and Processes and monitor everything ! I used it as a part of my Snowflake Learning review, and it works like a charm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, maybe It need some improvements to be able to compete with the leaders in the business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had problems in moving Data from APIs and Sheets to Snowflate, even tho there are a lot of Data Integration Tools, but they are either difficult to use or don't do the work.

Easy to use UI. Very helpful with my Snowflake training.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to use. The rivers categories are easy to understand different data flows. Also, it can establish simple connections to snowflake. Overall, it is great for beginners to learn how to construct the data pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish to understand a specific UI button but can not find the reference. For example, I was learning variables in url, but there's no "?" sign around it, and even I went to official documentation, I could not find one. Eventually, I learned it from snowflake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I come across Rivery during the course of Snowflake. It quickly meets the course requirements and helps me learn more knowledge.

I like the way Rivery scales up has been on point in terms of performance and availibility in the past

Rivery has now come up with a transparent view of the credit exhaust which was a limitation prior .

I recently had the opportunity to use Rivery for data integrations, and overall, I found it to be a powerful and user-friendly platform. Rivery simplifies the process of connecting various data sources and destinations, allowing for efficient data movement and transformation.
What do you dislike about the product?
the documentation could be more comprehensive and detailed. Some advanced features and configurations may require additional explanation and examples to assist users in fully understanding and utilizing them effectively. Improved documentation would reduce the reliance on customer support for basic inquiries and provide users with more self-help resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETL issues, also snowflake to dataframe issues that i had the chance to discuss it with the support team and they finnaly solved this issue in a small time.

Ease of use, straighforward documentation, we get all the help and support we need

The logs can be confusing sometines, a lack of 'graph' view of aou ETL pipelines (It would be helpful to get a more visual interface)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast data extraction thanks to the number of connectors available. Fast debugging and alerts when something is wrong. The Data team is now independent from the IT teams so it saves a lot of time for us.

What do you like best about the product?
As a data analyst, I find the tool really easy to use; it's intuitive how you connect to the different data sources and create your data pipelines. I like that you can group your pipelines to organize the displays and also the suggestions offered. I also enjoy the animations of the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
For first-time users, it would be good to have some demo buttons; still, if you are familiar with terms, you'll manage to navigate between windows.

As I'm studying new cloud environments and technologies, Rivery allows me to speed up the data integration process and test and understand how integrations work.

This tool solves the problem of connecting to information sources, which update their mapping and API frequently.
By using this tool, bringing the information is done automatically, without needing frequent updates on our part.
