Rivery has made it easier for us to extract data without depending on out IT team
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, straighforward documentation, we get all the help and support we need
What do you dislike about the product?
The logs can be confusing sometines, a lack of 'graph' view of aou ETL pipelines (It would be helpful to get a more visual interface)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast data extraction thanks to the number of connectors available. Fast debugging and alerts when something is wrong. The Data team is now independent from the IT teams so it saves a lot of time for us.

Easy to Use ETL
What do you like best about the product?
As a data analyst, I find the tool really easy to use; it's intuitive how you connect to the different data sources and create your data pipelines. I like that you can group your pipelines to organize the displays and also the suggestions offered. I also enjoy the animations of the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
For first-time users, it would be good to have some demo buttons; still, if you are familiar with terms, you'll manage to navigate between windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I'm studying new cloud environments and technologies, Rivery allows me to speed up the data integration process and test and understand how integrations work.
Easy to use, friendly user interface and very intuitive tool
What do you like best about the product?
I used it for the snowflake training, and it was easy to use. I was able to create a connection fast and easily. I got an error when I tried to run it the first time, but then I looked at the error message, and it was easy to know the problem and fix the error. I reran it, and it was successful this time. It is also very intuitive tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used it for training, but for the moment, I have not found anything I dislike about the tool yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a connection bridge to load data from the source files to the target cloud database. View and monitor data pipeline activities.
I used the trial during a Snowflake training and it was great!
What do you like best about the product?
I recently tried Rivery and was impressed with what it offers. The price is excellent value for the features and services you get. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to find what you need quickly, and the integration with other software and platforms makes it a great choice for those needing multiple data sources. I appreciate the advanced data pipeline that Rivery provides. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
Rivery has so many services and components it can overwhelm a new user. Still, if you are experienced, Rivery is where you would go for data connector and hyper scalability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Rivery to integrate Google forms and Google sheets to collect and store users' survey feedback. The benefit was the easy and quick integration. It was a few clicks, and the service was running.

Still lacking support for some information sources/reports,
(For example, Google Ad Manager).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool solves the problem of connecting to information sources, which update their mapping and API frequently.
By using this tool, bringing the information is done automatically, without needing frequent updates on our part.

Easy to use ETL tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has an intuitive GUI which decreases the learning curve on how to use the product. Its also nice to see the activity log and have a custom date range set to look back at the progress of certain rivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to retract deleted rivers or see what rivers you may have deleted. It would be nice having a temporary space to view any changes made if there was a mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being anble to quickly and efficiently grab data from different data sources and loading them into our data wharehouse. This has increased business performance as it has saved a lot of time.

Rivers lineage is a must!
The UI can use some improvements, be easier to navigate and alter stuff.

Developing various connections, maintaining and monitoring them,
Orchestrating almost all of my ETLs in one convenient place (instead of using three different alternative products).

found rivery to be the most versatile ETL / ELT tool in the market

ability to not only integrate with platforms but also with databases and and using API calls and recently python scripts

I could use more connectors, as many there are already there are many more we can use

mainly integration between systems and building DWH

Too much clicking and scrolling. Sometimes there are problems with out of the box connector that have to be fixed with Python containers or API actions

I don't have to write code to connect, transform or maintain any process.
