Awesome analytics tool for Shopify brands focused on profitability
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool with detailed profitability insights plus recommendations you can easily implement. We use it to understand our products and ad spend better which helps us to focus on profitable products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I just wish I had focused on metrics like contribution margin sooner.

Best analytics tool for product based ecom business!
What do you like best about the product?
The product deep dive down to SKU level is phenomenal, as well as the insights around LTV. It's really user friendly, it's simple and yet clear and has enabled us to make quick changes to both our pricing structure, marketing campaigns and fulfilment to turn a loss making product into a hero one. When we thought it would be best to remove the product entirely, Conjura gave us the insights to tweak and monitor which within 48hrs meant we went from making a loss to making a profit with huge projections for the next year. Eternally grateful and will be running weekly contribution reports until further notice - game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it's brilliant, the team are also incredibly helpful so any queries at all they jump in and help maximise the info and impact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see at SKU level taking into account ad spend, what products drive the most profit. Whilst revenue is dependent on certain SKUs, profit isn't always the same ones so this is a fantastic way to monitor both popularity and profitability to ensure as we scale we remain healthy in our profit at all times. Game changer!

During the set up stage the team had great attention to detail. The team are always on hand to respond promptly to any issues or new queries.

There is nothing I dislike - the team is professional at all times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conjura has enabled multiple data sources to be joined, allowing us to easily gain more significant insights from our data than we would otherwise in a time-efficient manner.
Conjura was the only analytics company who could fit all of our data needs into one solution!
What do you like best about the product?
After multiple data analytics providers failed to put together a set of dashboards and reporting tools to use in our company, we landed with Conjura! It has been a great experience since day 1. I have nothing bad to say about the team and service we have experienced. Our business is quite complex, with data coming in from many different directions and 20-30 power users in the data daily. Conjura was successfully able to help us combine data from Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, our ERP Brightpearl, and our integrated brick-and-mortar POS. It was the only company we found that could successfully piece it all together in one look for us. I have spent hours on web calls and emails working through any errors or issues that have arisen, and am always blown away at the level of personal service they have always provided. Could not be happier!
What do you dislike about the product?
In our experience, anything that was ever a question or concern has been dealt with immediately. I have loved being a part of this system.

For us, it was data aggregation and dashboard views. We operate in multiple channels, including DTC ecom, Marketplace, and traditional brick-and-mortar retail. Conjura helped us get all of this data in one easy-to-use place.

What do you like best about the product?
Conjurra's suite of data science solutions and suite of business intelligence reports makes them the destination for any ambitious digital retailer.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we could action requests even faster, it would be welcomed - but that is harsh criticism as waiting times are modest, and a reflection of Conjurra's popularity.

What do you like best about the product?
Conjura have always been straightforward to deal with and deliver results that exceed our expectations, always with a friendly smile. From a business perspective, the business insights we received from Conjura's reporting enables us to take our business to the next level.

I haven't encountered anything that I didn't like about Conjura.

Working with a professional and friendly group of people at Conjura who understood our business model and provided expert guidance on how best to mine and convert the data into information that we now totally rely on.

There are no downsides to Conjura, only that the model and the information it generates asks more valid and testing questions of your business model; an extremely valuable problem to have!

Highlighting what are the important metrics in our business and prompting action based on their values and outcomes. This drives increased productivity and commercial efficiency.

Identification of valuable opportunities in the business plus holistic view of data in one place. Additional support in the form of emails and in-person discussions has been hugely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the insights and benefits from data, it requires an investment of time and attention in data. However, Conjura's dashboards and support dramatically reduce the time it would take to do this ourselves manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding what customer profiles are driving the most value and insights into where to invest / direct additional marketing and advertising spend. Insights into retention rates were particularly helpful in generating long-term strategic benefits.
Smooth, friendly, attentive and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Conjura has changed the culture of our business - the benefit of having this kind of information available to us has massively increased our productivity as a team and encouraged a company strategy that includes all departments working together. We are constantly finding new ways to use the data. It's well presented
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there is so much potential for the data, and we found that we weren't properly using it to our advantage for a long time. Also, it gets complicated if too many people are involved with the project, as everyone has their own ideas of how the data should be used and presented. It was slightly overwhelming for us initially!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us insight into product category sales and margins - which in turn is helping us to strategise with our suppliers for better deals and to train our sales team, as it's highlighting weaknesses in the pricing process.
