Very userful for QA when developing websites!
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature from BrowserStack is that I can see our development from different devices and OS. In the past, we had to look for people with different devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be a little bit faster to make the QA more agile. But even with that, It has been very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can check how do websites look in different scenarios, preventing us to have a lack of responsiveness when developing for clients.
It is an okay sandbox
What do you like best about the product?
It helps as a sandbox to review suspicious or malicious links for what they are. I like that I can select multiple browsers with their various versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It hangs a lot. Sometimes you have to refresh a couple times before you get what you want. It also bugs you about getting the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sandbox. Being able to view Malicious links in a safe place
Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to test on windows machine for me as a frontend developer who only uses Mac
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it feels a bit sluggish but still better than spinning a VM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checking out stuff on other os/ browser combinations
Product Review
What do you like best about the product?
I am a big of the the testing that users can do through BrowserStack whether that is through real device, automated, local, responsive or basically any type of testing one can think so. I also really enjoy how adaptable the product is in all versions of technologies possible, anything from web apps to mobile and desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack is not the most beginner friendly platform out there, there is a learning curve for users that have never tested before. The learning materials are very advances for beginners and can cause trouble frustration to newbies learning how to become testers. A bit pricey specially for users working on small projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote Testing is the most beneficial feature from BrowserStack that I benefit from, being able to test my applications on different operating systems without having the devices on my home has been extremely beneficial specially when testing across different mobile devices. The use of virtual phones is also a very nice feature.
A lot of devices for mobile testing
What do you like best about the product?
No need to keep all my test devices with me al the time, freely move across my city and able to test my project at every moment
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to add multiply device on one screen, app for laptops
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Park of mobile devices, replace all park of high cost apple devices
Useful UI can optimise time for creating ui tests
Useful UI can optimise time for creating ui tests
really good testing platform
What do you like best about the product?
it is easy to implement, has wast number of devices and it is quite stable
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across systematic issues, maybe only the pricing is something that can be problematic... besides that small hiccups are easily solved with client care
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves the problem of executing tests on various platforms/devices
Love hearing good insights
What do you like best about the product?
Seems like they have a desire to provide all of the tools and resources needed to assist in the testing world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow response time hinders users. Lack of physical feel turns some users to physical devices instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to test on multiple deivces is a bit benefit. Abiltiy to emulate a user's expererience on a specific platform helps to rule out other factors in testing.
Best Platform for Test Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of things are there as App Automation Feature gives a very useful functionality for test execution in batch or parallel execution , app live is best for manual testing we don't need mac devices to work on ios platform
What do you dislike about the product?
some time i have faced speed issue, may be because of internet or because of cloud we get time out exception many times and if we reach out to BS team they request for video call to reproduce it but as working professional we don't get that much time to connect and explain it on call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
dependency on real devies and laptop devices, also it doesn't require any setup on local so its quite useful that we can directly start working on things
Awesome tool for developers for Automation Testing
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack tool has the best User Interface and it helped me to save lots of time on Testing our website and apps with different browsers and Mobile devices. Their support team is really helpful and quick to address some of our questions. Also, they provide various integration options that are helpful in our everyday tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the BrowserStack product team is doing its best, these are some things they can improve on:
- Sometimes it's slow in terms of performance.
- Documentation can be improved as sometimes it's difficult to find some information for some of the features
- implementation can be improved as sometimes it can be difficult for beginners to start using this tool. Maybe good documentation can help here.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a service-based IT company, we develop mobile apps and websites. We wanted a solution where we could perform various tests on our Mobile Apps and Web Apps. BrowserStack helps us to test our applications in various browsers and devices from a single platform.
A real find for testing different mobile features
What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes only using the real device can show me does the feature that we develop works or not. For example, the share button feature uses `navigator.share` and we cannot test in lets say in desktop chrome with mobile view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I don't like the time limitations for testing on different desktop OS, even if I have paid account, or the fact that sometimes copy-and-paste feature does not work well on different smartphones (mostly on android smartphones)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BS helps me to test all the most used user devices without having them near me, it's a pretty awesome ability. Also, it helps me to catch different behavior on different smartphones (bugs) before the release.
