Best application tester on internet: BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack allows you to test APKs and IPAs easily on the browser by simply uploading the applications. The applications install automatically and then use the device as an original device. The launching of the device is very fast and smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?
The real device testing is available for only 2 minutes on the free plan. A longer duration would allow better testing for the applications on real devices since launching the app and filling in data takes some time as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack allowed me to test the IOS applications and APK applications on multiple devices and hence take feedback from multiple devices.

What do you like best about the product?
App automate section is good for mobile automation. Great customer support. Intregrate Appium scetion is very helpful for finding locators of mobile apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices are a bit edgy but the services provided makes up for it.

Everything in one place. Web testing, app testing, manual automation.

Testing on real devices is always an headache with setup
Amazing platform to cross browser testing on different screen sizes
What do you like best about the product?
Besides the cross-browser testing and testing on different screen sizes, BrowserStack provides accessibility to different Dev Tools, for mobile screens as well, which was helpful for debugging things. The UI is simple and easy to use, no fancy setting was required. I almost used it for testing all the screens for the website that I was building.
The customer support was awesome, and I had my doubts resolved on chat within a few minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
While testing for small screen devices sometimes the screens get stuck, and you can not scroll further. Also, in a few cases, for smaller resolution screens, the right click and hover doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is abling to us to test for all devices and browsers, we are using live testing for this.

It is easy to setup for mobile and web, also very user friendly and the API is great.

It seemed a little confusing at the beginning with all the different type of plans / tools because all of them are named similar

A great variety of devices (desktops, tablets, mobiles), vendors (e.g. Apple, Google, Samsung) and browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) as well as access to the browser code inspection, development and debugging tools allows a web developer to get their website or web app working beautifully for the vast majority of users.

Not cheap for freelancers or small businesses.
