Excellent experience and features for your automation and manual verification into different devices
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of different devices and different features offered, also it allows to install applications from different sources and change all the setting into the devices, like the location, internet speed, etc

Different features have different costs and it s limited by license

We are performing mobile testing with different devices and Operative systems, and starting to create a framework for automate our test cases

What do you like best about the product?
We can test all browsers and devices with different screen resolution and OS. This can be done both manually as well as via Automation. Test Observability plugin provides an excellent dashboard to review the build run details.

Automated Test Script execution takes a relatively longer time to execute when compared to local execution.

Browserstack supports all browsers and devices - Hence, associates from all parts of the world can run their tests without any infrastructure issues
Eliminates the need to have Real Physical devices for all associates which can be costly and also, prone to security concerns/issues
Provides plugins like Test Observability which reduces the analysis time significantly and also has the AI/ML built in to support flakiness and Mute test cases

The browser stack doesn't give many users a loved UI. The automation is pretty much lengthy and time-consuming for the team members why to invest much in something when we have some other thing which can give us an easy way to automate our runs?
The browser stack latency issue is now becoming its legacy issue.

Currently, they are working on multiple session issues for the users so that a single subscription can cover everything an organisation wants for themselves.
They are also trying to add new devices and versions of OS for them so that the latest can be testable.

Spin up our app builds on various mobile and os configurations

Tend to be a bit slow sometime and a bit expensive compared to market

No setup is required on physical machines to load app builds

More Better Visual test & support different cross browser Test
Overall it is very convenient to test/automate you application over multiple OS/Devices.
What do you like best about the product?
Currently, I am using Percy, Automate and Live features of BrowserStack, I personally like Percy as it gives all the differences in your feature branch at the time of development.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using Automate with Selenium in Js, Sometimes we are facing some issues, So the document is very basic, If there are some recourses available with some advanced documentation that will be really great. The same issue with Percy also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple problems, that we are using Brwoerstack for:
1. To automate our end-to-end pipeline with Browserstack Automate.
2. To capture the development differences in our Merge Requests with Percy.
3. To debug and test local applications on Browerstack Live.
