Browserstack an excellent tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is a truly amazing web and mobile application testing platform that has become very useful in my day today. Since it allows us to test the development of any website on multiple devices and browsers to ensure true responsiveness and fix any errors with the code. It is a practical tool with quite complete characteristics, which makes it stand out among other competing software. One of the features that I like most about this software is that it has instant access to more than 2000 browsers and real iOS and Android devices, which allows you to test pages in all views and detect errors before publishing live. I also like that you can not only evaluate the correct location of the various elements of the site but also debug Flash, JavaScript, or CSS. In addition, as if it were not enough, it has a very intuitive interface that makes it incredibly easy to use, it also offers very complete reports that allow us to easily visualize where the fault is.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I do not find any negative characteristic of which I should complain since, in general terms, the software works excellently, fulfilling all my expectations and even exceeding them. sometimes it works a little slow but I don't think the problem is connected with the platform, it probably depends on internet speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the implementation of Browserstack in our company, the benefits it has given us have been many. Because by allowing us to quickly and easily test our mobile and web applications on thousands of devices and desktop browsers, it has given us the possibility to guarantee that our software meets and exceeds the expectations of my superiors and my clients. What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the tool to do complex functions. Network monitoring allows me to perform operational tests and manage each of my applications or websites, providing details in complete reports, on the specifications of each one, to know if there is any failure or inconvenience in the flow of the system, with the sole purpose of preventing and finding a quick solution to any problem. It is easy to access your system, it is flexible and offers the ability to access it from my mobile devices or PC, where I can have variants in my system to be able to use it, be it different operating systems or web browsers, since many colleagues they usually use the browser or system that best suits their preference, that Browserstack is flexible in this makes our adaptation and work much easier. It has simple tools, with multiple functionality that allows each test to be executed with the greatest possible precision and detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now each of its functions have seemed perfect to me, it works soothly and offers an active system that allows testing without any problem. that is why I have no complaints about the software, its cost adapts to each feature it offers, the set of tools is quite complete and meets every requeriment, customer support is always attentive to any questions you have about the development of the system. Browserstack is a tool with multiple functions, it allows I to test and detail each aspect, providing all the information you need. I can't get something sustainable that might upset me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significantly, I must add that the software has been a primary tool in the testing of each of our applications and websites, in this way my company corroborates that everything is working perfectly, we detail if there are any problems or if customers have any problem with the platform, this allows us to be warned against future threats, completely covering every problem that arises intime. What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is a great tool that allows me to do tests regarding all my applications and even my web pages, all this quickly and easily. I like the way it adapts to my works system, it is a practical tool with quite complete tools. It is possible to access it from where I need it, either from my mobile devices, various web browsers or the operating system that I am using at the moment, this has provided me and my work team with job stability and accesibility never seen before. I like how simple it is to use it and handle each of its tools, its interface contributes to the simple work that indoubtedly makes the whole process much lighter. Its four main products cover all the functions necessary to develop a test process excellently, safely and in real time. On the other hand I like the idea of being able to use IP change to test my applications in different regions where I need to distribute them, this provides me with a high sales reach. I like the idea if preparing reports that show in detail what happened in the tests of the applications in this way I can understand how it works, if there was any failure or if the system works perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with its complete tools, and with its active functionalities, the software is still a bit slow, perhaps handling so many processes together in a single system does not end up fully coupled. Although these tools are quite complete, it fails a bit in being intuitive, it does not perform functions by development but by personal configuration, I have to specify every aspect whener I need to perform a test, this does not speed up the work and even sometimes it can be a bit heavy for my daily work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I started using Browserstack, many of our web development functions have benefited , it is now much easier to be able to do our job with a tool that allows me to do everything form your system. With Browserstack we manage to perform the necessary tests on the web pages or in the applications in development, where we obtain the necessary information to know if it is ready to use, how the system is developed and in case of any failure, find the solutions in a way fast and efficient, this allows us to offer a high quality service, without any problem, and most importantly, we meet the needs of all our customers. It's a fabulous tool that, with is great features, has allowed us to achieve each of our goals.

BrowserStack facilitates cross-browser checking for all variants of the platform. This provides helpful ways to configure how you display your app or phone. Something I like about it is that it keeps its characteristics updated always, so you can even check the software and apps and be sure you're working with the latest technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, once I loaded the site, I have found some trouble with their phone consoles crashing. Even though the tracker role feature is very useful, since you can capture snapshots of a particular browser, it often runs a little slow.

BrowserStack is used in the IT department as our main automation tool. This allows guaranteeing the reliability in all the major platforms we our services worth with, such as Chrome, Firefox, and Android, all of which can easily be checked by using this single tool. What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is great for cross browser testing. It supports all the major browsers and their latest version. It also offers the ability to do local testing with the network sharing feature, which allows developers to test their work on different browsers using the local development environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve found that Browserstack can be flakey when it reaches the maximum number of running nodes. Also, the error thrown in that case is not really indicative of the problem, and it can be rather confusing (typical error in this case is the “Connection refused. Is selenium server started?”)

- As I work on a Mac, Browserstack allows me to test my website compared to other browsers, including earlier versions that some clients can still use.

In general, I don't have negative aspects that make me change my opinion of how excellent Browserstack is, but I think they can improve its performance since it sometimes becomes slow. But the rest are all aspects that make me choose it against other software

BrowserStack has helped me to test the site in different browsers on different platforms and sizes easily. For some errors that customers said occurred in a specific environment, it is sometimes difficult to reproduce. It helped me a lot and saved a lot of money by not having to buy the same phone / computer for the test.

Browserstack has a set of features that I find very useful such as the fact that not only can you evaluate the correct location of the various elements of the site, but also debug Flash, JavaScript or CSS, In the automation section you have the ability to access to an API that allows you to run tests in Selenium, Full reports are taken at the time of the tests, which gives me the possibility to visualize and thus be able to solve the possible failures that could be presented, it has a really very versatile interface among many features more.

So far I do not find any negative feature of the software relevant enough to complain about since the software generally works in an excellent way, although I would like to note that the program runs slower than usual which slows the flow of work.

It is not a light tool, it is usually quite heavy, slowing the system and being slower than normal. The cost for some of its products is accessible, however there are others in which the cost is quite high, and although it requires constant use, I have limited its use for the cost of the subscription.
It is not very intuitive, I need to specify the configurations step by step every time you need to test my applications, subtracting automation points from the whole system in general.

The ease of use. The automation dev's have told me the API is really cool to use.
For me, I mainly use the dashboard and App-Live to test the iOS app we're making, which I find really cool and hasn't had any issues so far.

We don't always get the devices we would prefer running our automation suite. I presume this is because other projects are trying to use them at the same time. It hasn't been an issue thus far.3
