Best tool for reporting bugs to the development team and increase productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
this tool saves my time while reporting bugs and also all the details are there so it is easy to debug from the developer's side, it is very helpful and also has the feature of video screen recording thats is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
No big issue just it takes time while dealing with big file size and waiting for a video to load.
We are hoping that this will get solved in the future releases of the software.

Best tool for testing on different platforms. Availability of different devices and version make it easier to test.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to use different devices in virtual mode and easy to upload the builds and test them without any issues.

Browser stack yet sometimes is too slow and have to wait for it load and start testing. It would be good if its a bit faster
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need of having multiple physical devices. Carrying multiple devices to different location bothers me. Because of Browser stack this problem is solved.

Browserstack supports almost all the real devices and browsers which is too expensive for any organization to maintain on its own. Along with this the team which works at Browserstack is awesome, which regular keeps in touch with community and user feedback to provide seemless testing solution. Along with vast variety of devices and integration, Browserstack also owns Percy, which is a great tool for Visual testing, which helps a lot for identifying any Visual changes in Continuous Integration and Testing
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack has not given any such features to dislike so far.

Browserstack is solving real time challenges of cross device and cross browser testing along with Visual testing tool integration. Browserstack cloud is also responsive and powerful meaning you will get faster feedback with very less time.

I have been using web automate and app-automate feature of BrowserStack for almost 2 years now and the overall experience so far has been great and satisfying.
I particularly like the device coverage and UI experience that they provide over other cloud platforms.
Test debugging section provides device, network as well as visual/video logs which are really helpful.
Their support is very prompt and you will receive quick solutions to any issue you might encounter.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the device coverage is better than other platforms it can be further improved by including Devices that have latest beta versions of Android and iOS as and when they are rolled out(the way they have it for browsers).
I have seen a delay in device logs while using app live feature this can be improved.

Achieving Continuous Integration of cross browser/platform/devices tests is very challenging and BrowserStack provides a great solution in this space.
They have recently launched biometric support feature in mobile testing which is working seamlessly for us.
Helps us to cover variety of devices and platforms and hence gives team confidence in our coverage

- Real physical devices used, all based in the cloud
- Ability to use any device at any time (do not need to wait for another user to stop their session)
- Ease of use for uploading the app and start testing straight away
- Ability to do automation
- Access to different web browsers on different OS
- Ability to set location which remains throughout all sessions
- Security, each session is from a freshly booted device!

What do you dislike about the product?
- Inability to have session automatically recorded and saved to users account (which could then be re-watched relatively soon after ending session and rendered via element clicks than saving a full video)
- Session timeout can occur quickly if screen is not tapped, and the max time even when active is about 1 hour (would be good if it was longer)
- Sometimes sessions can take a while to load or they lock up, which means you may need to close the session and open the same device again or a new one

What do you like best about the product?
High avaliable platform which delivers a great testing experience!

There is nothing so far that I specifically dislike about BrowserStack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to buy and maintain all the different Mobile Devices for Testing myself and can concentrate on the stuff which is most important to me.

What do you like best about the product?
Browerstack provides seamless integration with test frameworks and comes with latests real devices. It has helped us tests on different real devices having combination of OS versions and device models across Android and iOS platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Device caching is not present at the moment. So each time a new session is created, BrowserStack initializes the device from the scratch and that takes some time and increases overall test execution time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is challenge for any organization to maintain a device lab with vast number of real devices in cost and time effective manner. BrowserStack is solving this problem by providing the device farm with seamless integration which can be used to run tests for Android and iOS device based apps.

A broad range of device availability and that too on different ranges of operating systems reduce my in-house management of devices and environments.

The ease of accesing variety of mobile and desktops with latest modals and Operating system.

Definitely the mobile test needs. As we can't set up all the devices for testing with teams located geographically across.
Plus to have test automation running in remote devices that we get from browser stack is great.
