One Stop for all your needs (Regardless across platform)
What do you like best about the product?
We are using BrowserStack for at least more than 1 year as of now, we are totally satisfied with the service you get device variation across platforms and can test on the real device as well. plus customer service is too good they are always there in case you need any author help as well, so finally I am totally satisfied with the Product and Customer service. One must try this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I Like everything they offer in the product, but as I am using this in my organisation we have only one licence they can offer limited time for the other licence within the same organistion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the organisation and we have our own product so we need to test it on each and every device before it landed on the end user, so it helps us to test and verify on the different real devices across the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of devices available in Browserstack makes the life of testers & managers very easy. For testers, you get the desired device at your fingertips & the best part is all the latest devices are made available very early so we can test our product with the latest devices.
Also, it saves a lot of money for the company.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is sometimes the device takes longer to load may be due to the network; this can be improved by making the files a bit lighter in size. Rest keep up the excellent work. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem BrowserStack is solving is that users don't have to buy an actual device to test their product. Instead, BrowserStack provides many devices such as Ipads, Iphones, android, and windows in a single suite, saving the company a lot of money.
I need to test my website on multiple mobile devices & it is not a good idea to buy lots of mobile phones for testing, Browserstack really solves that problem by providing me & my teammates with multiple devices at the same time, this speeds up our work & we get pretty confident in our product before releasing it to end user.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast load on my Macbook Pro, remembering the website which I visited. Testing is like on real device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our users gave feedback that BrowserStack is slow on their laptops
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing our website on different mobile devices and browsers. Also we are using Percy for our automated tests to make sure that no visual regressions are introduced with new features.

Browserstack is allowing developers to troubleshoot issues with the websites they're building by providing real browsers on real platforms

Browserstack tests on real devices so I know my end users are getting realistic testing and reproducible steps by us that are reliable.

I will admit Browserstack can be a little intimidating during initial phases of use

We have recently switched to Flutter from React and Browserstack has helped immensely by being our middle man when testing with another automation tool in finding the locators within Flutter code.
Time saving with multiple browser and device
What do you like best about the product?
It supports all top browser and top lastest mobile device. We can run job in multiple browser and device and it saves historical results as well. We can run test cases in parallel for time saving
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime i feel browserstack is slow compare to our local device. I found a case where our cypress test suite was stucking due to mac os in browser stack then we have to switch on windows

Running on multiple browser and device. We need to run our test suite on safari firefox edge chrome ios android device and with help of brwoserstack it is possible

What do you like best about the product?
wide variety of devices to use which are always available. Engineers and support staff are top notch and will be available to help out with nearly all needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
too much latency from the browser to the device when testing apps manually. cannot get a good idea of user fluidity on apps

no need to worry about the automation grid or having devices on hand. multi device parallel testing on actual devices rather than emulators
