Browserstack comes into clutch when all else fails
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack tests on real devices so I know my end users are getting realistic testing and reproducible steps by us that are reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will admit Browserstack can be a little intimidating during initial phases of use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have recently switched to Flutter from React and Browserstack has helped immensely by being our middle man when testing with another automation tool in finding the locators within Flutter code.
Time saving with multiple browser and device
What do you like best about the product?
It supports all top browser and top lastest mobile device. We can run job in multiple browser and device and it saves historical results as well. We can run test cases in parallel for time saving
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime i feel browserstack is slow compare to our local device. I found a case where our cypress test suite was stucking due to mac os in browser stack then we have to switch on windows
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running on multiple browser and device. We need to run our test suite on safari firefox edge chrome ios android device and with help of brwoserstack it is possible

What do you like best about the product?
wide variety of devices to use which are always available. Engineers and support staff are top notch and will be available to help out with nearly all needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
too much latency from the browser to the device when testing apps manually. cannot get a good idea of user fluidity on apps

no need to worry about the automation grid or having devices on hand. multi device parallel testing on actual devices rather than emulators

Nothing at all; it does exactly as the marketing information advises.

Eliminates the need to depend on hardware devices for APP testing.

Excellent replacement for local Selenium grid
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack provides a grid for running selenium tests that is always up and easy to configure. Even with our extensive security measures in place we were able to successfully implement BrowserStack with minimal additional effort. The ability to run on many combinations of OSs and Browsers makes it easy to get the coverage needed without the overhead of having to spin up servers for each combination.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to give one dislike for BrowserStack it would be the time it takes some our scripts to run. The one improvement I would like to see it the ability to have scripts run more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that BrowserStack is solving for us is having the grid is always available. We were having issues with the grid staying up and restarting when the server it was running on rebooted.

I need to create an automation testing script for iOS App without me having a Mac device.
With App Automate I am able to do that task without any problem at all.

Browserstack Offers multiple products, but we mainly use the Live product. The things we like about Live.
It offers an extensive range of Operating systems and browser combinations.
It would be difficult for a small company like us to test on a wide range of devices without such services.
The debug tools offered for mobile browsers are very handy, making our life easy for debugging issues.
You can test the sites in different locations, one of the features we use daily. Helpful when you have to test geo-restricted sites.

Not much, a few things to bring it.
Sometimes it gets difficult to browser on some browser + OS combination, like launching them or scrolling through the pages.
A few things like uploading pdfs, and docs are missing on mobiles. These are needed to test some of the applications.

Browserstack is an essential tool for testing modern web & mobile applications
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack's local executable for testing assets behind a corporate firewall is one of my favorite features. This feature alone puts Browserstack far ahead of its competitors. It allows teams to quickly get up and running when manually testing against staging servers and running test automation on a CI/CD server.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about Browserstack's tools that I currently dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack allows our teams to test our mobile application on thousands of Android and iOS devices without owning or maintaining any of them.
It is an intuitive platform that gives us a great user experience
