One of the best tools in my development toolbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Browserstack, particularly when there is a problem on the client end, and I can quickly go in and see what the issue may be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better way to debug a page that is a separate window rather than using the browser's panel. Particularly on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to troubleshoot issues in different browsers, and it is less expensive than having several computers and phones. They are also clean versions which help when the client is the only one having an issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you do development, it is a quality solution to test different platforms quickly.
Nice cloud solution for mobile testing
What do you like best about the product?
Diversity of mobile devices and their OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Barcode/QR parse feature is still in BETA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me and my team to execute and test functionality on real physical devices.
Best Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love that if I have a question or need help, I know that Customer Service will get back to me within 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some time-out issues, but I think that's mostly the program I'm using to create automated tests, rather than Browserstack Automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to run automated tests on a variety of machines, but also need to keep working. BrowserStack allows us to run tests on different operating systems while leaving our own systems available for other work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have a very large list of REAL devices you can test on and their customer service is excellent.
Browserstack is a very good platform for testing.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is impossible to aquire / maintain the large number of physical devices required for testing. Browserstack has everything we need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's amazing.
reliable solution that covers a wide range of testing needs
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the ability to use Devtools on mobile, device variety, and local hosts usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
on rare occasions, I'm not able to reproduce issues on BrowserStack that I do reproduce on a physical device I am holding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's just no way we could purchase and maintain a big enough device variety for relevant, up-to-date testing. Browserstack gives us that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the problem of not being aware of unintended changes during development and testing. It definitely helps us to be more productive during premerge dev cycles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Percy is a game changing way to develop web applications. You catch all kinds of unintended consequences and when paired with Cypress it becomes a really effective testing tool.
Browserstack is a great tool for integration testing
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is by far the most comfortable and powerful tool for testing in a browser environment. It supports all kinds of browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and even IE. It also provides different kinds of Operating Systems, including macOS, Windows, and Linux.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a bit slow when switching between different OS, and sometimes when I try to access the localhost, it didn't work. Would be great if it can store all user's passwords and custom fields in a form under a specific url.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I had to buy and use my own machines to test our frontEnd under different OS and browsers. It benefits me when I try to test our web pages in a local environment. I can test it on different screen resolutions and browsers.
A very good platform to perform cross browser testing.
What do you like best about the product?
The app is pretty reliable. The Support team is very responsive. The turnaround time has been low and I quite liked that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are issues with Copy+Paste. The second thing is that the menu is always on the screen. I can dock that, but that makes the screen smaller. Taking screenshots can be a bit challenging with that in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have mentioned before, that it helps in doing cross-browser testing and that is very helpful, as I can cover a lot in a single platform. Besides, we always get the latest version of any browser, which makes it even better.
Testing on real mobile devices
What do you like best about the product?
It's not a simulator. You are testing on real devices
What do you dislike about the product?
When testing mobile apps you always start from a fresh installation. No configuration or state is saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing of websites and mobile applications on real mobile devices.
