Outstanding product, excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack allows our team' QA testers to check each pull request on a variety of phone models and OS versions before committing it to the development branch. UX engineers also can easily test issues on different phones, and in some special cases, developers use the system to check whether a bugfix works on particular model+OS version combinations. Being able to see stacktraces. Being able to see network traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I eventually found out how to simulate pinch-zoom using the accessibility features of some models, but this is not easy to find, and more general multi-touch does not seem to be supported in any way -- maybe adding it from multi-touch capable devices or via touchpads would be something that might be helpful. Also, a wiki for users might be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing on many different devices and a wide variety of OS versions. Identifying reasons for crashes on specific devices.

I like that they have actual real mobile devices instead of emulators to test with. We test with various desktop web browsers and iOS and Android device. Other competetors does offer the same suite with the ease of use that we foun with BrowserStack.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is sometimes I see that the service may go down for a short time. Though it comes back up relatively quickly to see the constant fluctuations sometimes poses questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problen that Browserstack is solving that benefits us is the ability to test on various platforms without the need to maintain an internal grid. Without the need to keep updating docker containers we can focus more on the actual testing.

As I said it cut downs the cost of buying different real devices to test any product . Also it makes easy the automation part where keeping the real devices connected to the laptop is no more needed
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can say for the companies which has a testing team go for browser stack. The pain point of buying real devices has been reduced

The navigation could be even better, we often get confused in selecting the type of app for our tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Device testing was my biggest problem, and yes I'm benefiting financially by saving a lot of money on lending/buying different devices. I saved hours by easily accessing any device/OS/browser thus increasing my work performance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Just sometimes if we took a long session then it takes time to upload otherwise till now didn't face any issues with my uses. everything is working totally well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like earlier I have to record all the required data manually this takes too much time and, is not that productive, so after using this app I have just to do one click then everything or all data is recorded by itself.

Broadest range of browser and platform support
What do you like best about the product?
We needed a service with a broad and deep range of browser support (not just the most recent ones, and across multiple operating systems) as well as a broad range of test platform solutions: Cypress, Selenium, and the newer Playwright. BrowserStack was the only service that offered everything in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not cheap! And I wish the dashboard had better ways of seeing tests. Right now, it seems like a stream of individual tests across multiple products without hierarchy. I was hoping for more of a hierarchical view with stats rollups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing across our desired browser matrix while offering application teams the most flexibility in terms of the testing platform they use (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright), and pulling all tests under a single roof where we can see the current health of all our apps at a single glance.
