I went from automating a front-end to automating the mobile flow just in a matter of days, I have seen BrowserStack grow as a tool from additional skill to preferred skills for the role.
The whole test is documented properly, which saves a lot of time in debugging the breaking point in the application, I was awestruck by this feature when I used it for the first time.

What do you dislike about the product?
For a market like India, where the majority of the smartphone population is moving to more affordable redmi/realme/vivo/oppo brand of mobiles we get interesting issues from these devices. So It would be great if you could incorporate it.
For a small org, your price could be a bit of a deterrent. Even in my previous org, I had to use the free version using different accounts for quite a bit of time before my manager agreed to purchase the license.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of writing lengthy codes for mobile flow automation & adding various configs at the TestNG XML level, it helps us in avoiding that by just setting the required capabilities.
Benefits: Instead of spending my time on writing excessive code, I can now devote more time to the product itself.
