Solid and reliable, but not very user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it’s a very reliable and scalable solution for managing B2B communications. It supports many protocols and formats, so connecting with different partners is straightforward once everything’s set up. The monitoring features also make it easy to track message flows and spot issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could definitely be more modern and intuitive. It takes some time to get used to the configuration process, especially for new users. Some tasks feel more complicated than they should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the pain of handling multiple EDI protocols and formats, so we no longer need separate tools for different partners. This consolidation has reduced operational overhead and minimized errors in data transfers.
It also gives us better visibility into our transactions, making it easier to identify and resolve issues quickly. Thanks to its automation and reliability, we’ve been able to focus more on value-added activities instead of daily EDI troubleshooting.

What do you like best about the product?
It does seem like a seamless integration and easy of navigation through the stages of integration and it is very user friendly as well.  Price point is competitive
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learnin curve with some level of complexity as well. There are also some limited features with respect reporting as well. Training for this will take time to invest for the organization

Automation of data exchange and taking the complexity out of manual processes with legacy systems.  It also is good in efficient and streamlined processes and cost reduction

It can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially if you’re not used to working with EDI systems. There’s definitely a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, the system becomes much more intuitive and easy to navigate.

It ensures everything is secure, consistent, and compliant, which means fewer errors and less time spent fixing issues. What do you like best about the product?
The ease of payment gateways especially for a small business such as mine. It makes PayPal more accessible to collect payment. It not only includes PayPal but Apple Pay and others. The fees are affordable as well and the entire process is smooth

The installation and configuration process can be at time complex, requiring a learning for new users. Also the platform's logging and error reporting capabilities could be enhanced

It is really ease of use, the customer support and performance is great, the developers did very good.
Great features and communication such as EDI protocols, API,s and WebEDI supplier portal. I used to use it at least 3 times per week. About integration seamlessly connects with different systems. And the implementation is very friendly.

The navigation can improve and would be fine if you fine different ways to learn process for people having hard time with leaning curve.
