What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, keeps us on task of what needs to get done each day

Sometimes waiting for balances to load but has gotten better

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. FloQast is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Good transparency to be able to manage team's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Straight integration with the ERP would be great rather than the #FQ thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems solved are people not having to worry about (a) what's next? (b) am I on time and (c) what next? People can just follow steps

What do you dislike about the product?
- Nothing major - sometimes can be slow to load and would be good to have more user classes (e.g. FP&A team who just need Flux Analysis but don't need anything)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all account reconciliations in one place, automating flux analysis process and keeping record of this, tracking month-end status and SOX compliance
FloQast is friendly to use. The real time function is a plus for my day to day work.
What do you like best about the product?
The real-time function and the place to see the review notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I don't see the changes right away. It takes like 30 mins to find out. The notification emails are delayed sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the reconciliations, it reminds me if there are any changes lately for the recons because it will require me to sign off again.
A very effective system
What do you like best about the product?
The system allows to track that there is paper work for every item in the balance sheet, also allows to comment for significant differences in flux analysis and add documents
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to overwrite documents, you need to delete the document and upload a new one if you want to replace an existing document. It is not clear how to define not to receive email alerts from all entities but limit only to the relevant entity

The system allows to track there is proper working papers for each item in the balance sheet, the benefit is to have everything under same system, working papers, reconciliations, flux analysis
FloQast is very user friendly and is always willing to listen to our opinions.
What do you like best about the product?
Account managers are supportive and always listen to our feedback. Not only do they listen to our feedback, but they also use it to implement new changes to Floqast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I like the product. There are some manual changes/updates that I need to make, which makes it a bit time-consuming. For example, If I have a checklist item for all entities, I have to add it one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently working on closing our books faster, and FloQast has helped with that tremendously. We are also working to make sure all checklist items are added, so nothing is missed during the close process.
Easy to implement, easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Easy tool to create accountability across a team and easily track close processes without needing to ping team members. Intuitive user interface. Great for companies who have multiple subsidiaries and need to track multiple close checklist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Floqast easily links into Netsuite, but users of other ERP systems may hve more difficulty with real time updates. Really would like to see Flux anaysis available YoY instead of just MoM.

Timeliness and visibility of the close process. Checklist and reconciliation controls improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
The checklist functionality is super helpful to keep track of my priorities daily as well as keep me informed of other team members' status if I'm reliant on their work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not FloQast fault, but due to functionality/use of our ERP system, we cannot run FX revaluations on balance sheet accounts until the books are closed. Therefore we have to re-do any BS reconciliations with FX transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast ensures that we appropriately capture the reporting for any late adjustments, that might have previously gone unnoticed.

It's a great tool that manages our month-end process efficiently, capturing everything we need it to.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to help accounting teams efficiently track and maintain deadlines for close schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Room for improvement in areas such as supporting hyperlinks. Space currently you can add high-level close tasks and missing ability to support hyperlinks to optimize efficiency of close.

Accounting close tracking and systematic sign-off.
