FQ has been an essential tool to help track the progress of our team's monthly close process.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate FloQast's ability to help keep our team organized and on track for deadlines each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for FQ to enable an auto-refresh with Netsuite so updates happen in real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can identify what is driving large account movements and confirm if they are valid or erroneous in nature.
Floqast Review
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast helps me and my team keep tasks organized and streamlined between us. I appreciate the ability to check off items and leave notes on others I may be reviewing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I inherently dislike about using Floqast. The success of the software really depends on how much the team is willing to lean into the use of Floqast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of tracking what items have been complete. It also acts as a great reviewer's tool and benefits the team and the client because of this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool if working on multiple items (especially across multiple clients) and with a team that has responsibilities divided amongst them.
Floqast helps you get organized
What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses Netsuite as our ERP, Floqast gives us the optimal ability to reconcile our accounts on a monthly basis through their matching program. The Floqast system automatically pulls our balances, making it easy to check off each one account one by one as you move along your reconciliations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing to really dislike is not having enough time to get things organized. We are a small company so the its mostly a team of 2. We don't have the junior staff to get the site working to optimal, as I know there is much more that we could do with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our month-end Reconciliations were a bit more manual and didn't have a strong flow of a calendar approach. By using Floqast we have a tight schedule and are able to keep everything much more organized.
Great easy product to use!!
What do you like best about the product?
Checklist and Recon are the easiest functions to use within this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to get reminders ahead of an item being due, but we only get late notices.

We manage our checklist items and recons.

This is a product that is easy to scale.

The interface is nice and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Good starter solution for about 30-40% efficiency gain but very basic for a real automated solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having everything in one shared resource for the team to work from so ppl are held accountable plus some automation lower work loads
Recommendations to others considering the product:
great solution if looking to get about 30% gain over current workload vs setting up a fully automated solution. This set-up is only about 15% of your time vs other solutions are about 20-25% of your time, which can be hard when you already do not have time!
Floqast Easy and Adds Value
What do you like best about the product?
This is a very good program to ensure the organization checklist is properly maintained and ensures accountability. Very easy to use and the team works closely with your organization to resolve any issues and improve function. Online access is a bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need the entire department to be on board and iron out the functions to closely tailor to the company requirements takes time with the development team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checklist compliance. Ensure projects are completed on time. Track whether projects have been completed/reviewed.

If you need a superb organization tool to keep track of upcoming projects or a systemized checklist, this is the perfect product for your organization.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast allows us to provide a high-level overview to our leaders on where we stand in the close process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I belive it would be helpful to add requirements on close checklist items.

Auto-recs are super helpful! I just realized that we overlooked the Remind feature and the amount of time it saves.
Highly recommend FQ and love their service!
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has helped my team streamline the close process and identify gaps in our overall processes. Their customer service team is also top notch - they respond so quickly and are always willing to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the files from the previous period would automatically rollforward for the next close period. However, if that's my smallest complaint, then I'll take it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to identify accounts that we were not reconciling at month end, improve preparer/reviewer times and overall reduce our overall close timeframe.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about FloQast is that it keeps all aspects of monthly closed organized and is a great audit trail. The support team is also wonderful - always very responsive and willing to jump in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if CPE were offered for their trainings - although I understand that is in the works. Other than that, there are no negative things I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast provides a great overall picture of the status of close so we no longer have to check in with each team member. It also is a great list so tasks are not missed between months.

I would recommend FloQast to any company that could use help with organizing their month-end process
