What do you like best about the product?
I love having visibility over the whole close process on a minute by minute basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes checking things off seems to take additional time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple entities and it was difficult to have an overall view of the status at any one point in time. FloQast has given me the tools to be able see exactly where we are at all times. The system ties out to our trial balance so if anything becomes out of balance through the close process I know immediately.
Taking the STRESS out of Close
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast is easy to setup and just as easy to manage. In a matter of seconds you can find out the status of month end close, and have confidence that you are not missing anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since implementation, they have released some additional products that do not come with the standard product. All though these products appear very useful, the cost could easily exceed the value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before FloQast accounts were sometimes missed, and journal entries skipped that led to audit findings, and unreliable financials. With FloQast, we have been able to ensure close is completed fully and accurately every time!

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface makes it easy to see what items are assigned to you and when they need to be completed by.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administrative and reporting functions are a bit more limited than ideal, but the FloQast support team is always rolling out updates and is more than happy to take feedback from customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has eliminated our daily close check-in meetings which took up 30 minutes from the entire accounting team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will absolutely improve your close process. If you are skeptical, schedule a demonstration with a FloQast representative or ask for a reference call with current user.
FloQast has been a time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the program notifies you when trial balances change, because management has a tendency to post journal entries after everything has been checked off in FloQast and forget to notify us of changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I have found that I don't like at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency has been a major benefit and the checklist are very helpful for month end close.

Do it! You won't regret it! Best thing this organization has done in a long time!
FloQast is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to reconcile all our GL accounts on a monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
FluxAnalysis only has a 5 department limit when my company has 12.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency into monthly close progress. With FloQast, our month end process has shortened substantially.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly the software is. Everything for your closing is maintained in one place, providing you with a quick status update across the board. And the implementation was remarkable. Just as they said it would be.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only improvement I would like to see is to have the ability to "replace" a user through all of the modules at once instead of having to go task by task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has provided us with the final push to maximize efficiencies in our closing process. Our closings are much more consistent, up to and including the finalization of account reconciliations. I love being able to monitor progress in one application

DO IT!
Making the choice to utilize FloQast has easily been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have gone through many implementations, and never have I experienced anything as pleasant and efficient as FloQast. And the Customer Service is always remarkable, responding to your request immediately. I've never been disappointed.

I like how easy the interface is, and it just takes one click to complete

Sometimes the refresh button doesn't work

Makes Financial Close Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast puts everything I need for month end close, and accounting support in general, in one easy to navigate location. It's not just a checklist, it's a one-stop shop to make your month end close and daily accounting tasks as effective as possible. It's also easy to navigate between accounting periods to do easy comparison, and the roll-forward capability is a huge time-saver. Additionally, now after using Floqast for several years, I have really appreciated the new product offerings. FloQast flux is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a fast-growing organization using the product, our close is always evolving and improving. Since our deadlines for individual tasks are a little flexible and change based on the needs at the time, the related late notices are a little annoying. I wish there was a way to indicate a flexible deadline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because Floqast handles the logistics, tracking, and storage, it has freed up extra time during close that we used to spend just organizing and managing the close itself. I believe with this extra time, it has allowed us to focus on and improve the quality of our work. Also, coming up to our year end audit, Floqast is going to be so helpful to find everything the auditors need, which always took an immense amount of time in the past.

It is very helpful, especially if your company currently manages close through internal files and various locations.
An Accountant's Dream
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has completely streamlined our closing process. Not only are they constantly making improvements and updates but they are great to work with. We really appreciate the ability to leave notes and the flexibility in changing preparers, reviewers and all checklists.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't encountered any downsides to using FloQast. We are eagerly awaiting their QBO connectivity to auto import the TB but still find it all to work nicely.There are occasional error messages but overall there are no real headaches when using it (unlike QBO which seems to always have issues).
* Update - FloQast is beginning to roll out their QBO integration and it is awesome! This is a true game changer. The amount of time saved with this feature is so valuable. We are really enjoying it!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously did not have a set closing process. We were using excel to create task lists for individual clients and sharing them, this was messy and inefficient. FloQast has shortened our close time and allowed us to see in a nice UI what is closed and what is still outstanding.
