What do you like best about the product?
Since our first meeting with the FloQast team, we have been amazed by the product and the team involved! Tracking our month-end close and recs has never been easier. The system is so easy to use; they have thought of everything! The follow-up on suggestions for improvements has also been impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are yet to find any dislikes about FloQast. If we have any issues they are answered swiftly and suggestions have been added to the system within a couple of months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our month-end close and completing/reviewing balance sheet reconciliations. We have found FloQast helpful for identifying issues within our reconciliations to be resolved in a timely manner.
Floqast makes EOM so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast makes end of month a breeze. We love the visibility it grants to all members of the finance team, and the ease it brings about when having to leave notes and comments for actioning.
It makes keeping on top of timelines easier and has made reconciliations fun to do!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to download all comments left on reconciliations with a summary of what the comments were and which subsidiaries they are for.
Other than that it is faultless, they have great people who are always ready to help their users too!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has definitely made the team very time efficient. Floqast allows end of month account reconciliations to be fun, easy and quick! For both the people doing the recs and the people reviewing this.
Peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
I'm most grateful for FloQast's ability to continuously check for consistency between reconciliations and NetSuite GL balances.
What do you dislike about the product?
On some screens, the default text size is smaller than I'd like, and I struggle to find what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significantly increasing our audit-readiness and internal controls.
Floqast is an incredible software!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface the most about FloQast. It's very easy for anyone to pick up and jump right in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's honestly nothing that comes to mind that I dislike about FloQast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast is helping solve close automation. It has brought our close down from 35 days to 15 and has provided visibility for everyone on the finance/accounting team around the close.
User friendly tool, built by accountants for accountants
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use, and it is easy to administer. Analytics is getting better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recons are still excel based and not integrated into the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting our close checklists in one place for all subsidiaries, and having the notes feature to capture review for audit purposes is handy.
great accounting solution for reconciliations

I like the format of the website and how easy it is to navigate

some of my end of month tasks are in different folders and sometimes i miss them

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage my month-end checklists and reconciliations saves me so much time and eliminates the risk of forgetting something.

There is nothing I really dislike about FQ

Keeping track of the month-end close as well as account reconciliations and statutory filings
Great Close Management and Accountability Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Checklists for month close, reconciliation links to general ledger, easy to use flux tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - FloQast is currently being utilized to our current needs.

FloQast is coming out with audit and budget to actual analysis which will benefit our groups in the future
FloQast is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I use the beneficial reminder feature. After initial set up, FloQast will send reminders to your team for action items. Great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the reminder feature, some improvements could be made to the contacts section. It needs to be enhanced to add/remove contacts easier. Also, Adding more than one document to the reminder email would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast gives our senior team an overview of where we are with our monthly close, what remains to be completed and what has been accomplished. The FloQast Remind feature is excellent and takes the burden off of me to send emails to my staff.
