A resilient tool for meaningful data management
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast acts as a helpful collaboration tool for assembling accounting data from multiple sources and gathering them in one repository for later reference. Accessing data from FloQast is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consistently receive reminders on the completion percentage of our entire organization's tasks, whether or not those functions relate to my role. The volume of reminders can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correctly formatting data on spreadsheets enables FloQast to pull data into its system. With this function, it's much easier to reconcile accounts and see if I'm missing anything.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves us so much time on the close. Everything is in one place and it is really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used it for Audit and it created a month-end-like close process - it got a little confusing on what month we should be using as time when on. I would love to see it one-time project entity for audits or other accounting projects that we do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto recs & new dashboard is super nice
One stop Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Flux analysis, Checklists, reconciliations, everything is highly useful for finance and accounting point of view. it is basically one stop solution to all sorts of final reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that i dislike but would recommend the creators to make it little more fast so that we are can fetch reports little more quickly. Speed is all that can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with flux final reports are easy to be fetched, with checklists none of my tasks can be skipped and with reconciliations none of impostant gl codes are left unmatched.
GL Accountant Just Learning Floqast
What do you like best about the product?
I can see the benefits to floqast and how it will really help with future audit backup. I like the excel reference to make it easy to add in reconciliations. This is much easier than just saving our excel files in folders where you can lose them
What do you dislike about the product?
My company has multiple entities and it is time consuming to have to add reconciliations to each entity. If we could have a # for the entity and have multiple references within one excel, that would make it much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with record keeping and I am not dreading audit season where we will have to go searching for our backup. We haven't been able to get everyone on board yet, but I think once we do it will be really beneficial.
The Floqast staff was easy to work with and the set up of the software was quick and painless.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visibility of where we are in the monthly close process and who has which tasks are still outstanding to complete. It's also great to see balance sheet reconciliations updated live as journal entries are booked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the cost of the system was a bit lower and that Floqast would be able to accept credit card payments without any credit card fees. It would also have been nice to have all of the features included in the offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems that Floqast solved for us was to provide visibility of where we were in the monthly closing process and have one place where we have all of the balance sheet reconciliations.
FloQast Recommendation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reconciliation features for auto sign offs for fixed balances. The new FQRI feature for fluxes is also very helpful so we can identify any reconciling items
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the flux department setup. I wish I was able to see where all of my open fluxes are without clicking into each department and refreshing each tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is helping us on the journey to becoming SOX compliant and reducing our close timelines as an entire accounting department. Identifying all of our open items and recs is helpful .
Greatly Improves Organization
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about FloQast for me is the ability to reconcile all accounts and have a nice organized place that shows the differences for each individual account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that is really difficult for us is having to upload every reconciliation into the correct folder. It would be great if we could upload our documents and it would take the code entered in the document and find the correct folder for it. We have many files that need to be in multiple folders so we have to upload the same file multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now easily reconciling all of our accounts and have a nice organized place to look and see what we are missing.
Workflow Optimization made simple
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface for first-time users, and configurability is excellent. Being able to log in via SSO adds a layer of protection and simplicity when logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can sometimes seem cluttered, providing a lot of information in a small form factor however, this is more of a preference for a simplified interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having defined deadlines and control over defined workflow processes can increase accountability time efficiency, decrease overlapping tasks, etc.
Floqast is great for keeping track our all our GL accounts and reconciliations!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's a depository of all of our accounting reconciliations as well as a functioning check to our GL balances!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no difficulties using and seeing floqast to work, so no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is helping us keep track of all of our accounting reconciliations and making the process smooth and secure. Automation is a word that comes to mind when it comes to accounting and reconciliation efficiency.
