A great tool for reconciliations, fluxes, and checklists
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast syncing with Netsuite gives us easy visibility when we do our reconciliations and flux analysis to see if there are any big changes, and when Netsuite is refreshed, we can see what has been knocked out of balance or above our threshold.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything we've used so far with FloQast has been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to manually go and search for new material variances when we have a late journal entry - FloQast automatically updates so we can see if anything is now over our threshold. It's lead to a much higher degree of efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
What to like about FloQast? The ease of use should be at the top of the list. Its responsivness in moving between tabs or task is quite smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many if any things that can be put in this category. Perhaps, the one thing that i can bring up is the ability to match hashtag to the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast provides a means of getting information in one location and bringing togeter the preparers and the approvers of reconciliations.
Best collaboration and goal tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how FQ brings our team goals and checklist into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any dislikes about the platform

It helps track team progress and personal checklists.
FQ is a great tool that allows me and my team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to seat deadlines on tasks and monitor progress.

The autorec matching function could be better utilized. Maybe more integration with AI

FloQast is helping us to prioritize our teams objectives and meet deadlines
It's a great tool to manage your accounting month end close in an efficient and more automated way.
What do you like best about the product?
I like its sign off tool, auto reconciliation as well as the variance analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
None except that it doesn't show the audit trail that how many times the variance analysis comments have been updated. It only shows the date of last update and when you sign off the item.

It's solving for streamlined month end process and more automation.
Streamlined Approach to Close
What do you like best about the product?
It streamlines the close process and keeps everything I need to do in a checklist.

I would like to be able to look at reporting and close checklists simultaneously

Auditors can see the audit trail. Our reconciliations are all in one spot.
Cut Our Closing Time Down More Than Half!!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to visualize where we stand at any time on our month-end close. The checklists and reconciliations allow everyone to know what they are responsible for and make it easy to not "miss" any steps along the way. It syncs pretty well with our ERP (Intacct) and we use FQ not just monthly but also for weekly and quarterly tasks and reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading times for refreshing and uploading are lengthy. I wish there was an app and/or that the site was mobile friendly. I would like to approve some recs/ checklist items while on the road but that isn't possible outside of a desktop or laptop computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
spotting changes in balance sheet accounts, checklists/ reminders to ensure all financial close tasks have been completed.

What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of FloQast could be the initial learning curve for users unfamiliar with the platform, requiring time to fully grasp its features. Furthermore, while the platform provides extensive capabilities, the associated cost may pose a challenge for smaller organizations with budget constraints. Evaluating the platform's advantages in comparison to these potential drawbacks is crucial, considering factors like training requirements and financial limitations during the implementation of FloQast.

FloQast resolves issues associated with the financial close by expediting processes, enhancing accuracy, promoting collaboration, increasing visibility, automating reconciliations, centralizing task management, and facilitating compliance with accounting standards.
Floqast solves your Account Reconciliation needs
What do you like best about the product?
We are utilizing the Variance Analysis reports and they are great. The sync to Sage to update the financials and be able to provide explanations on variances is working great!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we are very pleased with the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast is keeping all of our close needs in one spot. We utilize the checklist and the account recons. A click of a button gets you access to the account recon file so you can review, make changes and sign off on.
We have begun using the Variance Analysis reports. These are a great tool to provide explanations on variances to Budget and month over month.
