Great tool to keep the closing process on track
What do you like best about the product?
The note feature which you can leave comments to the assigned preparer and update the status when comments are addressed and completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really that I dislike with FloQast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep better track of all the tasks in our checklist and provide a central place for all the recons.
Great for Organizing Large Accounting Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize large accounting teams, especially during the closing cycle. Good, clean, modern interface. Very easy to understand, easy to learn and to teach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an inherently micromanaging software, which can get a bit tedious. I think you know what you are getting when you sign up for it, though. Will be hard to integrate into teams that are used to business as usual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a team of roughly 20 accountants who were all working in different states closing the books on a large multinational company. It helped to keep everyone organized and aware of what our team mates were doing.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is user-friendly and includes step-by-step prompts for many different tasks/reconciliations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to make changes at the company level.

What do you like best about the product?
All the reporting and Financial Schedules Audit/trials on tips to review and make decisions. Excellent dashboard to review and take action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, its a wonderfull tool for monthly closing and reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monthly closing and reportings, tracking the recons and the working accounting papers.

UI is clear, easy to use, and to be used among colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to change due dates/auto close features, have to ask managers to change any settings. It will be nice to be able to change myself and then ask managers to approve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast makes tracking progress so much easier, and it's easy to use.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward on how to reconcile accounts with the system. I can complete a lot of reconciliations in a short amount of time. We have moved dong reconciliations from most of our software to just using FloQast so that we are saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are reconcilable items, and the FloQast system does not recognize them for whatever reason. This can place added time to the reconciliation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use multiple software systems depending on the companies that we are reconciling accounts for. The FloQast system keeps all the reconciliations in one easy-to-locate system so that proper accounting reviews can be conducted.
Keeps me and my team organized
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily track the status of our workflow and see what's coming up. Everyone knows what tasks they have and when they are due. It's easy to reassign tasks and if we have turnover on the team it is much easier to ensure all tasks are transitioned.

What do you dislike about the product?
Folder structure is set to follow calendar years and this doesn't match how we internally refer to fiscal years. Unfortunately FQ hasn't been able to update this at the time - it would be nice to be able to override the folder names for the year that matches our internal reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to track and navigate all tasks, close faster, and keep us organized. Aids the team in being individually responsible for their tasks and ensures all balances are fully reconciled to final balances.

Floqast give visibility to the accounts, the variance between, also to process and review easier the reconciliations
FLOQAST Great overall user experience!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of FloQast is that it is a plug and play kind of software. It is easy to use right out of the box and easy to train others on the platform. It also is a great management tool to keep everyone on track and focused throughout all of our regional teams. Having 8 different regions we have accounting books in it is so great to have a tool like FloQast that centralize all of our tasks for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downfall of FloQast is the flux analysis tool. There is definitely a lot of upside to the flux tool but there are some limitations with this. The 2 biggest being 1: FloQast does not have the capability to convert different currencies into USD and 2. We can not add in calculations/ratios into our Flux tool including inventory turnover calc or % of AR reserve to total AR.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it is solving is that it is centralizing all of our regions into one place. It is easy to track metrics on close status, reconciliations etc through the use of the FloQast tool.
