What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about FloQast is its ease of use. FloQast keeps our team on track and allows us to have an efficient close process, ensuring nothing is overlooked by centralizing all of our month-end close tasks/recons into one place. The system is intuitive, and their customer support is top-tier!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downfalls to using FloQast. I'm overall satisfied with the platform & would say it is one of my favorite softwares in our tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast ensures our close process is efficient and financial information is centralized in one place. It also assists in making our audit more productive. Using FloQast we were able to decrease our month end close by 4 days.
A great product from a great company
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see month end close at a glance and have all the supporting information in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
When it rolls documents forward it uses the same file name so if you want to compare 2 months you have to change one of the file names to be able to open in excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility over month end tasks that have and have not been completed and can see at a glance reconciliations that haven't been completed or are out of balance
Finally - one USEFUL dashboard for my multi-entity tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast is a simple-to-use software that allows me to create custom task lists for each of my business entities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are not intuitive, so it is helpful to schedule a call with a Floqast rep to ensure you're using all of its functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently set up custom Workflows for things outside of our Financial Close, ie. 1099s and General Accounting

- Dashboard of all your to-dos for you and your team which can be filtered by person
- Flexibility of assigning and re-assigning responsibilities
- You can continue to use excel to perform reconciliations rather than using web-based software

What do you dislike about the product?
- Permissions are set up at the folder level which makes it difficult to manage from an auditor standpoint and internally within your organization who should have access to what material.

Easy month-end close software... EASY!
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast improves and cuts down the month-end close process by 50%.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the software refreshes every time I upload a document because it slows my month-end process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits our business because it costs the firm less to produce financials that are GAAP compliant.

FloQast helps us see if we are on track to meet our goals for closing. We benefit from the email alert to let us know when an item is out of balance.
Everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
As an internal auditor, it's great having everything in one place instead of having to search through all of the folders for all of the different accountants. Plus with the signoffs and reconciliations, I can tell when different schedules are complete without having to bother anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very helpful to have a task list on the home screen showing exactly what tasks and reconciliations I have open. Sometimes tasks seem to float around and are hard to locate.

Streamline and Save Time!
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast AutoRec Matching function. It significantly reduces the time spent on reconciliation of accounts with a great many transactions, while maintaining quality and accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Help Center. It has a lot of information but could use more regular updates to questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is solving our accounting team's massive reconciliation problem with our Loan Clearing account. We are far more efficient and productive using FloQast's AutoRec Matching for accounts with large number of transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has organized the close process and put it in one place. As a team, we can see the progress of each team member and each task. We are audit-ready every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload to the flux analysis is still a little clunky, but I'm sure FloQast is working on a solution. They roll out amazing new things all the time!

Keeps a team of remote workers in sync with each other with our clients during the close and during the month for non-close tasks. Organizes all our month-end processes and documents in one place.
Everything you need for month-end
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is a great tool that really helps me manage the accounting team deliverables. Checklists, Trial Balance reconciliation, and analytics all in one palce. What more could you ask for... and great custome support to boot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure I dislike anything. Since I'm required to respond to this question I'd have to say layout changes. All online tools make improvements which require "getting used to" the changes. Not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to perform all these functions manually. This meant lots of paper and little oversight on what was missing until the very end. The Checklist helps us keep track of what is due when and higlights were we are behind. It's great.
