Streamline and Save Time!
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast AutoRec Matching function. It significantly reduces the time spent on reconciliation of accounts with a great many transactions, while maintaining quality and accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Help Center. It has a lot of information but could use more regular updates to questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is solving our accounting team's massive reconciliation problem with our Loan Clearing account. We are far more efficient and productive using FloQast's AutoRec Matching for accounts with large number of transactions.
FloQast is clearly designed by accounts for accountants!
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has organized the close process and put it in one place. As a team, we can see the progress of each team member and each task. We are audit-ready every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload to the flux analysis is still a little clunky, but I'm sure FloQast is working on a solution. They roll out amazing new things all the time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps a team of remote workers in sync with each other with our clients during the close and during the month for non-close tasks. Organizes all our month-end processes and documents in one place.
Everything you need for month-end
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is a great tool that really helps me manage the accounting team deliverables. Checklists, Trial Balance reconciliation, and analytics all in one palce. What more could you ask for... and great custome support to boot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure I dislike anything. Since I'm required to respond to this question I'd have to say layout changes. All online tools make improvements which require "getting used to" the changes. Not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to perform all these functions manually. This meant lots of paper and little oversight on what was missing until the very end. The Checklist helps us keep track of what is due when and higlights were we are behind. It's great.

Customer support is excellent. I work directly with Brittany Shaw and every query is always answered soo efficiently and to a very high standard!

FQ helps keeps track of our monthly reconcilations and checklists.
With FQ we have one place of truth that notes all reconcilations and checklists for the whole group!
This makes the review process easy to follow for every user monthly!

Excellent Software for month-end reconciliations & close processes
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has been an incredibly effective tool in managing the month-end close process for our large company comprising of various operating companies scattered across the globe. FloQast is a user-friendly tool that has added significant value to our monthly reconciliation process. FloQast holds individual team members accountable for submission of month-end deliverables and hence has also improved timely submission of month-end deliverables. In addition, the support we have received from FloQast has been phenomenal with Karen Rosenbaum assisting with our setup and Brittany Shaw being our long-term relationship manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are yet to identifiy any issues or concerns in using the FloQast software (i.e. none noted as yet).

FloQast holds individual team members accountable for submission of month-end deliverables and hence has also improved timely submission of month-end deliverables.
I wish I had found this earlier in my career!
What do you like best about the product?
The Balance Sheet Reconciliation module is absolutely amazing. Now the team and the company can't live without it. It ensures compliance, timely reconciliations, and an easy-to-use file management system that syncs automatically with our Google Workspace environment for online storage management.
Moreover, their onboarding (led by Nicholas Marrazzo) and support (led by Brittany Shaw) teams are the best I have ever worked with! They made the onboarding and the day-to-day use a real success!
FloQast also has an excellent checklist module for enhancing the month-end-close and other simple task management tools.
And there are even many more useful add-ons to mention!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using FloQast. It can do whatever a finance and accounting professional wants from a tool like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates our balance sheet reconciliations across all of our legal entities and ensures compliance and timeliness in everything we do. Moreover, it is fantastic that our auditors can log directly into the tool and fetch the documents they need themselves. It also links automatically into our Google Workspace environment, so we don't need to store things twice.
Use for reconciliations and checklists
What do you like best about the product?
We keep our monthly reconciliations in FloQast and it works well. The Excel spreadsheets roll over to the next month and we update from there. When wanting to open the Excel spreadsheets, have to click okay/yes a couple of times to get them to open from online Excel to the real Excel which is the one main annoying thing I find. The balances update from our system. Once you have updated the Excel document, it does take a bit of time to refresh the system (a couple minutes or so depending on how many to refresh) before they update and you can sign off on them being completed. I find the system similar to Blackline.
What do you dislike about the product?
When wanting to open the Excel spreadsheets, you have to click okay/yes a couple of times to get them to open from online Excel to the real Excel which is the one main annoying thing I find.

Centralized place to keep our monthly reconciliations and updates the balances with our system on a daily basis.
An excellent system that increases efficiency and saves time
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the live updates throught the close tracking balance sheet changes and the overall status
What do you dislike about the product?
Floqast does not natively integrate with our ERP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before floqast, we were manually keep track of TB balances and recon balances in an excel spreadsheet. We had an offline checklist that did not capture review and approval appropriately. This has resolved those issues.

FloQast does not interface with ERP system.

Reconciliation process can be more convenient
What do you like best about the product?
When I used FloQast, I found it's easy to manage the JEs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I work in the reconciliation process, I find it's so time-consuming to do so in the current process because I need to upload the duplicate supporting documents multiple times which is unnecessary in my opinion. If I can upload multiple supporting documents for multiple entities, which will save a lot of time for me.
