What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is an intuitive platform that provides a tech-enabled workflow that optimizes accounting close and does so in a controlled manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain income statement reconciliation and flux tools are limited in their capacity to tailor analytical procedures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast solves the problem of bringing order to monthly close and document retention for audit purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is a tool that allows our team to be consistent with our monthly checklists and acts as the policing agent for keeping us accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "roll forward" feature for documents is an all or nothing feature. I would like to be able to roll forward my own documents and allow my coworkers to roll forward their own when ready to do so. (Maybe there is a solution for this already?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has helped our team identify redundancies in our workflow and reconciliation process. On the flip side, it helped us fill some gaps in our trial balance reconciliations.

Accountability and ownership in the close process is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the fee would be a set fee for a range of users not per user.

Shrinking our close process, and saving paper by not printing out binders for review.

I really like the auto reconciliation feature and floQast remind

I wish FloQast automatically refreshed the fluxes pages and the reconciliations page cause sometimes the refreshes can take awhile when you do them manually

FloQast provides a super simple and clean overview of month-end close procedures in order to be efficient, organized, and meet deadlines
FloQast has been good. I like their software and seem to be constantly working to improve it.

I like a centralized place for our checklists for both month end close and monthly reconciliations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is bit more than I expected. But we also aren't fully utilizing FloQast which is on us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able track progress of completion of staff's tasks. And, FloQast allows us to do this. It also helps keep managers aware of progress and can be used for audit control testing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a straight forward software. I like to visualize our close process and see the analytics to determine ways to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is manually uploading a trial balance daily during close. This is partially our ERP system's fault for being complex.

It's helped us see the ways we can improve our close process and also provide substantive documentation for auditors to show reviews.
Floqast came to help us with many of our obligations

I like to be reminded of my activities and I can check my activities and organize

I don't like to template in my opinion to be better

I can check my reconciliation very easy and If there is a problem in accounting is easy to check and solve very fast.

Seems like it has a nice, clean user interface. Intuitive.

Not sure this has any benefits for my team beyond the Excel file we currently use (we're not accounting, but piggybacking on their implementation).

Nothing. Really like it. Assigning individual users to month end close procedures is brilliant

FloQast is easy to use and critical to closing month-end properly. It provides a clear overview of tasks and allows for easy collaboration within the team. The implementation is smooth and relatively quick.

FloQast does not have many downsides.
If I had to mention something, it would be the initial learning curve to update the reconciliation checklist or accounts in bulk.
But once you get the hang of it, it is straightforward.
