Simple, user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity - easy layout for navigation. Integration - system integration with NetSuite saves time for recons versus performing a manual check.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manual refresh - need to click a button to reload data manually; it would be nice if data were quickly automatically updated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quarter / annual reporting checklists - currently, the system is set up to perform month-end activities for the GL team, but it would be helpful if the reporting team, who performs tasks on a quarterly or annual basis, could set up their FQ checklists as well.

I really enjoy the ability to filter on checklist and reconciliations items to determine what tasks or recons pertain to me

Absolutely nothing, very happy with the product thus far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to manually update each reconciliation and this would cause a lot of problems when last minute entries get posted and the rec is no longer reconcilied
It has been a useful work tool but I don't know who I would recommend it to.

I like the checklists and how it integrates with google drive or outlook. The way that things can be shared on a team and organized is really helpful.

I didn't know how to use it for the first little bit and sometimes I don't understand the emails.

A more efficient solution that also reduces employee stress
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast enables us to quickly see which reconciliations are still outstanding, and has streamlined our monthly flux analyses. Instead of having to go in and reenter new amounts when we have late entries come in, FloQast automatically updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while doing the flux analysis, the amounts aren't updated and you have to manually click a button to refresh the report. This sometimes leads to inaccurate amounts when initially filling out the flux.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has made our whole close process much more efficient and we've been able to cut two whole days off of our close, with FloQast being a big driver of the time savings. It's reduced stress as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I like about FloQast; the system helps to streamline the close process, our team has been able to close the books more efficiently after the implementation of this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this tool made everything more efficient, I think it can benefit from having more analytics tool options and the system can be tailored to be more intuitive on certain sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is able to have an accounting workflow where we can rely on the close process and review the reconciliations - I also like the comments options which makes it easier for both the preparer and the reviewer of the account.

Extremely user friendly. Support is friendly and quick to respond.

Assigning different users for different reporting periods can be a tricky at times.

They listen to your requests and do their best to come up with solutions.
FloQast is a Fantastic Tool
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is critical to managing and organizing our monthly and quarterly close processes. The implementation was smooth, and the tool was relatively straightforward to learn. We use FloQast for our reconciliations, close checklists, prepaid amortization etc. We also love the ability to give auditors access to view items as it cuts down on the PBC back and forth at quarter/year-end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many complaints here. There are a couple of clunky processes with manually uploading a trial balance (the company has a connector tool for many ERPs that could help) and refreshing reconciliations but nothing that would dissuade me from using or recommending the software.

FloQast has solved the following problems for us:

- Managed our reconciliations to ensure we captured all accounts and completed them on a timely basis

FloQast was a very easy implementation and is very user friendly to track checklist items.
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast is easy to use as a user. The automatic alerts help end users accomplish tasks and the link with our ERP ensures accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes with the current format of FQ.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast allows us to visualize close to drive efficiency for a faster close process.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to track my monthly tasks and ensure that I don't miss anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes way too many emails coming in which distract me from other more important emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End of month closing can get very hectic, FloQast helps keep me on track.
Easy to adopt and very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is really user friendly. Without knowing or with simple training, people can get into the system and do their balance sheet reconciliations. It's been a month since we went live, and people have demonstrated a lot of enthusiasm to work in the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard on the first page (although it has been changed to a new version) does not reflect a good summary of progress, especially when managing multiple entities simultaneously. In other words, it is hard to get a global view of the progress
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now access real-time KPIs and track progress much more efficiently. Also, it is straightforward to access reconciliation files and the activities that the end user needs to perform. Last but not least, the tool has improved the control environment since we had a manual process in the past.
