What do you like best about the product?
Great task flow management system, easy to reassign change tasks to align with priorities. Good analytic tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would be helpful to bulk edit tasks to change folders etc. Currently can only bulk reassign assignees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased productivity through:
Aligning priorities throughout the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to customize the setup of willing to match our business needs. The system is constantly improving to provide more options and better solutions for our workflow. I also enjoy how willing their support team is to help with issues or hear feedback on tools that could be added.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features that could be helpful to match our exact workflow - but even in the last year, FloQast has made huge improvements on missing items. We function uniquely with some of our deadline timing and we still have to manipulate the setup for some tasks to match our process. The addition of weekly and biweekly tasks by FQ has helped a lot with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast helps us monitor our client close process without having to micromanage our staff. We can see what is happening from a birds eye level at all times. It also lets us see how efficient certain processes are and we can use data from FQ to suggest improvements to our team.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast keeps me on track as it pertains to the companies I am working with and the tasks needed to stay on track. This is imperative to keep my colleages and others informed and aware.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to hate getting multiple notifications of tasks that were due/incomplete, but you can change that in your settings. So I guess there's nothing I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned above, it keeps e.veryone aware of what I'm working on, and it allows them up-to-date notifications on when I sign off on the tasks I'm responsible for

It provides us with all summary related to pending sign off items.
Simple and easy to use, great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is really simple and easy to use and is a great collaboration tool, providing visibility across team members and task completion status.
What do you dislike about the product?
FloQast takes absolute values when syncing data which isn't ideal when some values are negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps track month end close status across team members.
Floqast has been a very organized way to maintain management up to date with my work.
What do you like best about the product?
It has made deadlines easier to meet. I also really enjoy the simplicity of formatting in order to reconcile accounts. The anchor function has been very easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the rollover function is very useful seeing as activity happens in most accounts every month, that needs to be updated manually. It's my least used function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast has helped me meet my deadlines and prioritize my day to day tasks since I am reminded about Anything late or anything that has went out of balance since last reconciled.

refreshing sometimes takes a long time to reflect the updated changes

What do you like best about the product?
The reminders I receive when I miss a task, the ability to leave notes for my Manager or Myself

I do not see a downside to using FloQast
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a blueprint of items not to miss and allows anyone who may assist in my absence not to miss any payroll task.
Intuitive and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast integrated well with Netsuite. We used spreadsheets before and were able to keep several of our same month-end processes from before, so the transition was fairly quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
During our initial set up, it was hard to identify exactly what was needed in the templates provided. More clear directions from customer service initially would have helped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way Floqast is set up with the approval flow and ability to leave review notes/comments really cuts down on response time.
