Workflow Optimization made simple
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface for first-time users, and configurability is excellent. Being able to log in via SSO adds a layer of protection and simplicity when logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can sometimes seem cluttered, providing a lot of information in a small form factor however, this is more of a preference for a simplified interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having defined deadlines and control over defined workflow processes can increase accountability time efficiency, decrease overlapping tasks, etc.
Floqast is great for keeping track our all our GL accounts and reconciliations!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's a depository of all of our accounting reconciliations as well as a functioning check to our GL balances!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no difficulties using and seeing floqast to work, so no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is helping us keep track of all of our accounting reconciliations and making the process smooth and secure. Automation is a word that comes to mind when it comes to accounting and reconciliation efficiency.
FloQast - Great Way For Close Process
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me stay on top of 63 global entities for closing tasks

I have to delete a lot of folders to tailor my need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using FloQast to streamline closing process and it works for us
FQ used for sox purposes and reconciliations
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, one of the better features is when an account has been previously reconciled and then changes, it will notify the preparer/reviewer of the change, so they then need to go research the change and re-approve.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a reviewer, when selecting specific accounts to reconcile, it would be beneficial if the hashtag link went straight to that number reconciled in the work paper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This replaced a previous software for our SOX documentation for reviewers/approvals. This solution gives a better overview on the status of things and helps reviewers drill down to those items that remain open.
Floquast is a great tool for business to utilize.
What do you like best about the product?
Floquast new dashboard provides a helpful view of work to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Floquast is continuing to improve its dashboards and may do so too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floquast is solving the problems that arise when an organization has lots of entities and work can be jumbled around.
Professional service, great product!
What do you like best about the product?
The FloQast team has been highly professional and helpful since the first phone call. The FloQast team went above and beyond with implementation on a very tight timeframe and has exceeded our expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team has not found anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has provided more helpful analytics for our close process and allowed us to overcome bottlenecks that we were experiencing with our previous system. We were able to integrate into the FloQast system with minimal hiccups seamlessly.
Easy to use accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility of task progress and collaboration tools, such as leaving notes and watching tasks enable users ability to start tasks without having to email each other seperately. Balance sheet reconciliations flag up when they are thrown off balance since they were last rec'd, meaning that nothing is missed
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to groups of tasks that then sequentially cause another task available to be completed would be very useful. Also manually dropping in a TB is time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding up month-end procedures, such as auto balance sheet recs, saves time vs doing them manually in excel. LEaving notes visible for the whole teams increases synergy and communication.
A Seamless Solution for Close Management
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface (UI) has been updated for signing off on tasks which seems more intuitive than it was before. Before, the task on the checklist only had photos of the preparer and reviewer for signoff. Now, it also includes names which is much easier to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filters that I set on the checklist often get reset to some default setting. If they could be consistently saved from my last visit that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many moving parts in an accounting close, and FloQast keeps everyone on track. I am more productive since I can see all of my tasks and their respective due dates.

filter functions, email alerts in real time, reliable connection to netsuite
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer a filter where you can see all items not signed off on yet instead of specific titles like late or unreconciled. Similar to when you can filter from "low to high" when online shopping. Would also prefer if you could click on the netsuite balances and it open up into the account detail in netsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves workflow in a great way where i never need to question what is on my plate to work on next
Streamlined processes
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast provided me with a platform to standardize the month-end close process. It also allowed all team members easy access to the organized client file structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limited number of software providers it connects to. The manual trial balance upload is cumbersome.

Allows all team members to know the progress of each task.
