Great to use for organization and tracking purposes
What do you like best about the product?
I love that FQ can track all tasks related to month-end close. It helps keep the company organized and for tracking purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found something that I dislike about FQ yet. Will let you know when I run into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FQ helps track all the tasks required to complete month-end close. Everything is online and accessible to the audit trail.
Very easy to keep on track with any deadlines or goals you have set.
What do you like best about the product?
That it emails me to alert me when a report of mine is either late or when a report I already signed off on has changed and is no longer balancing helps me always stay on top of my account balances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it filters itself or automatically filters by subsidiary and if I don't check it, I can assume that I have already finished my work for that working day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time managing my work through each month and helping to stay on top of deadlines.

Keeping track of all my tasks so I can complete stuff on time and know when it's due.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user dashboard can be a little hard to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving completing our monthly closes in a timely manner.
Making monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most beneficial aspect is the checklist that helps you streamline your process. Each process differs from client to client, so the list helps keep the momentum moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The beginning set up seems to take an inefficient amount of time to get going. Once done though the rollover function is where the streamline takes over. I would advise to take on one or two new floqast clients a month so the first month isnt so overwhelming with getting information in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast offers a direct insight into taking trial balance numbers and providing a side by side of the balances associated with the workpapers to verify accuracy faster.
Great at Task Distribution
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease at which a task can be assigned and distributed amongst a team so that each person can see if their colleague has done their part.
What do you dislike about the product?
A notation column could be a nice addition

It is helping with organizing the distribution of tasks
I have found floqast to be a great organized way to store information
What do you like best about the product?
The organization for each month and the ability to compare months easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't view recs from different months at the same time as i can for checklist items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using the autmated rec system I was having to manually put all the information in an excel sheet. Now I just have to upload new information to floqast and I don't have to adjust for previous months.

-Income statement flux tool may not work depending on how your opex and departments are set up

Makes Month End Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the checklist feature in FloQast and how you can adjust the dates of when tasks need to be completed. This helps keep month end close a fluid and easy process because you know how far head or behind you are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not anything I particularly dislike. It does take a decent amount of time for Trial Balances to load in which can slow the process down a bit when you're ready to drop but nothing significant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is keeping me on track and on time. There is no questioning if I have everything clean and ready for dropping the financials, all I have to do is look through my FloQast checklist to know that everything is tied out and ready to go.

Centralization of checklist and reconciliation in one place, automation of reconciliation and close deadline udpates
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility of close folder rename is restricted to admin, can't adjust close timeline by categorizing soft close vs hard close.

I don't love some of the linking aspects.

Before Floqast, we couldn't easily see the progress of the close. As someone who is heavily involved in the close, it makes the process easier.
