Very intuitive and easy to use interface!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact i can filter for my open items as opposed to having to view the whole list

It can be a bit slow to refresh depending on file size uploads

It is making our balance sheet recs easily viewable and creating collaboration between the various streams within our business

The thing I like most about FloQast is that it is very easy to operate.

I receive too many reminder emails which sometimes can be overwhelming

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily see what I need to do, how to do it and when it needs to be done by. It makes submitting and reviewing key files easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more notifications/reminders.

It allows me to conveniently share important files with people that aren't in the same office as me.
I have really enjoyed our FloQast experience. It has helped our team be better in our close.
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast helps us create accountability and ensures completeness in our close process. It also is a good tool to get out of excel and gain insights into close trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
FloQast has lots of tools and as they add more tools, everything is piece meal and costs more. They charge per user and are sometimes overly aggressive at checking users and asking for constant updates to contracts. It can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are implementing the Controls / Internal Audit module. We are constantly being asked to close quicker and so it helps us to manage that. It also creates accountability on the team to get work done.
Excellent Accounting Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is very user-friendly and simple. It helps our team stay organized during the month-end close process and helps us keep track of our variance analysis. Additionally, the customer service is very supportive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about the product, but it would be nice to have a budget to actual flux analysis. I believe this is a feature that will be added shortly.

FloQast has helped us implement a more formal close review process and track progress. It's very easy to see the status of the monthly close.
New technology / apps to help with accounting reconciliation in this era
What do you like best about the product?
Checklist and control of tasks to do in month-end close or periodical Finance operations to help achieve accountants' work.

It mainly helps accountants to get the job done more effectively. The system did not update/synch our new spreadsheet in the folder. It may need IT expertise

FloQast helps organize tasks in a timely manner, helps in reconciling items in Financial Statements, managing my tasks for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly month end close
A smoother system than our previous system in reconciling our accounts at the end of each quarter.

Easy edits to documents that have already been uploaded.

Not being able to combine all companies that have things assigned to me on one page.

It's a smoother team process for it's workflow.
Great Task Tracker
What do you like best about the product?
I like FQ because it is straightforward to track my tasks promptly and a great financial tool for reviewing the fluctuation of MOM and QoQ. Additionally, it is good that all files are accessible for the same department simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I work, I find it so useful compared to the other tools that I used for my task tracker. The only thing that I can think of is I only receive an email when a task is past due not before that, and I must open FQ web to see if I have an open job to do on the date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So recently, I saw that FQ added the Close Workflow Dashboard, which shows the percentage of task completion and perfect analysis to overlook all the tasks you are assigned. It is good to see what task I am always behind after a couple of months and what can be changed after.
