User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The daily reminders of items that are due and what is coming up

I haven't come across any dislikes within Floqast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made our close process and account reconciliation process more efficient. By having the GL account balances within Floqast and being able to immediately sign off on your account recs once balanced has saved me tons of time.

There are no downsize in using FQ, i find it very useful

User-friendly interface that allows quick visibility of progress.

(1) Include review notes with recs and checklists in the status export for all items within a given period. (2) Allow linked documents for recs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform for checklists replaced Excel for us - much easier and orderly. The recs environment allows for better control over consistent completeness.

Floqast gives us comfort on completeness and accuracy of our month end close

I wish we could sort and organize the tasks differently within the platform.

They help us shorten the time to our month-end close and ensure completeness and accruacy.
You don't know what you don't know... till now.
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility and confirmation of task completion from start to finish, which makes it impossible to miss an AJE. Effortless balance and posting confirmations with the GL using the reconciliations feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its difficult to stay disatisfied with any function of Floqast because they are really responsive to customer feedback and feature requests. My experience, so far, has been that if you want it, its probably already on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast solved the stress that comes from hyper-vigilance. Always wondering if you forgot something, needing to ask if workpapers have been started, triple/quadruple checking balances and GL codes... we have elimated all of these simplest sources of error and concern by using FQ.

The user interface is far superior to our previous provider.

This question can't seem to pass the error test. There is no feature that I dislike.

The display is user-friendly, and the tasks help me to track all weekly and month-end close items.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about FloQast so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The checklist helps me to track all tasks and reminds me to complete them on time. I can also upload files and leave notes for my manager's review.
Easy to use and stay organised
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has easy to follow interface with all the essential documents accessible without spending too much time looking for them inside the software. Completion status updates are also very helpful as well as reminders about items still pending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing the frequency for items to prepare and due dates is sometimes not straightforward to figure out for first-time admin users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is helping in keep an inventory of items required to be completed for the month-end close and an easy way to find them after they have been prepared and approved.
