Loving FloQast and its ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Accountability, smooth interface, friendly team

Easier way to access saved/attached files. More reliably way to link ERP numbers with FloQast
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Month end close transparency and reconciliation balances
Floqast gives us comfort on completeness and accuracy of our month end close

Functionality and support are great. Their team is very responsive

I wish we could sort and organize the tasks differently within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us shorten the time to our month-end close and ensure completeness and accruacy.
You don't know what you don't know... till now.
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility and confirmation of task completion from start to finish, which makes it impossible to miss an AJE. Effortless balance and posting confirmations with the GL using the reconciliations feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its difficult to stay disatisfied with any function of Floqast because they are really responsive to customer feedback and feature requests. My experience, so far, has been that if you want it, its probably already on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast solved the stress that comes from hyper-vigilance. Always wondering if you forgot something, needing to ask if workpapers have been started, triple/quadruple checking balances and GL codes... we have elimated all of these simplest sources of error and concern by using FQ.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is far superior to our previous provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
This question can't seem to pass the error test. There is no feature that I dislike.

Tracking close tasks and managing saved documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The display is user-friendly, and the tasks help me to track all weekly and month-end close items.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about FloQast so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The checklist helps me to track all tasks and reminds me to complete them on time. I can also upload files and leave notes for my manager's review.
Easy to use and stay organised
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has easy to follow interface with all the essential documents accessible without spending too much time looking for them inside the software. Completion status updates are also very helpful as well as reminders about items still pending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing the frequency for items to prepare and due dates is sometimes not straightforward to figure out for first-time admin users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is helping in keep an inventory of items required to be completed for the month-end close and an easy way to find them after they have been prepared and approved.
Overall, a great system that helps with our close process
What do you like best about the product?
the signoffs that are tracked and dated within the system. Before we were doing in excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have Egntye folders which links to FloQast for the recs we attach, and i have to separatly lock both FloQast and ask It to lock Egntye every month.

Manual sign offs for monthly checklist and recs.
Always know you are in balance
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I always know if the schedules tie to the Trial Balance. No surprises because FQ will notify me of any changes that change the balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't lock a month if everyone hasn't signed off. Sometimes I correct a schedule and sign off, but now the original preparer needs to sign off again before I can lock folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping my closes organized. It tells the preparer what schedules need to be updated each month.
Useful tool to accomplish financial reports
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast is the best tool to complete my month end reports, it sets a reminder for me that I need to complete tasks and recon reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see any downsides in FloQast, but maybe the appearance of it. think it would be fun to customize the color of the tool :)

What do you like best about the product?
Simple implementation and simple to use, but a powerful tool to help organize account reconciliations and month-end close responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many automated reminders each and every day!

Helps with two things: month end close tasks and timeline, and account reconciliations completed and reviewed.
