What do you like best about the product?
I work on the close in FloQast and the functionalities are extremely helpful, the "All Workflows" Dashboard view is my go-to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new "Close" dashboard that is automatically directed to instead of the "All workflows" one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing close time, keeping team members accountable.

Floqast is very functional to track all the tasks and make sure month end is completed smoothly.

Maybe sometimes it takes time to refresh

It helps to reconcile the balance sheet, it can clear the problems before we finally post to the controller software

I like the organized layout and flexibility of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were more comprehensive. For example, we would like to maintain our SOX module (control listing, RCM, etc.) in FQ but currently FQ is only a checklist
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for oversight and access to all checklist items and reconciliations across our fleet which was unavailable prior to this tool.
Floqast has been a great additional to our company's close process.
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of flexibility and is a central point for status review. We can update and stay current with our processes without the need to completely rebuild the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't encountered much that we dislike. Any issues that we have encountered have been quickly resolved by the support team. They have been extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of GL tie out, close timeline, and central depository for all of our close period work papers. It also allows the team to monitor the status of the close.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service. They give fastest response!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system does not reflect the correct balance or whatsoever, have to reach out to customer service to resolov the issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It ensures our recons are always up to date when there are changes made in our accounting system.

Really appreciate the collaborative nature of the product and the ability it gives me team to see where we all stand at any given point in the close.

Floqast can get a little tricky when trying to follow the metrics provided.

Floqast has given upper management to know exactly when the FP&A process can begin.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me organized. FloQast constantly improves. The implementation team listens to your business's needs and helps provide solutions and resources that actually meet those specific needs. It is not a one-size approach. Because of the folder and workflow structure, each entity can organize its workflow in how it works best for them. It provides visibility, tracking, insight, and analytics. This tool makes us work better and know where each other are in our processes more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish FloQast had a priority function where I could rank my daily tasks as the most urgent or least important so that my daily task list was in a ranked order rather than just dependent on the folder sequence. That would be my only recommendation for improvement. Other than that, I absolutely love this program for keeping me organized and on track with all of my tasks. FloQast is better than any excel close checklist or any calendar program in my opinion. And certainly better than getting a chat message every hour asking where you are in close. Overall, such a better month end close experience with this program than other work arounds. They don't even compare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They completely solved our evidence of review issue for SOX compliance. They keep all of our documents for us. They provide a completeness check on our reconciliations which keeps us from having to do it manually. Many things have been improved because of FloQast.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization and ownership that comes from using this software. Everything is organized into folders by process and are assigned due dates. We even have our tie out support in its own folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
FloQast has a flux feature that we are not able to use for our balance and income statement level analytics provided to the auditors, due to required department mapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using the close and reporting checklists, reconciliations, and fluxes I am able to track the status of key tasks each month and at quarter end. I can also drill down into what is trending overdue month after month.

The usability and ease of navigation around the application

Nothing I can think of. At a push, possibly the ability to see another month previous would be useful

Ease of month-on-month analysis of figures. It helps to identify variances we may have previously missed
