TRANSITION TO FQ
What do you like best about the product?
ensuring that balances don't change post-review, tracking status, dashboard updates for big picture/leadership
What do you dislike about the product?
the tediousness of locking folders. Would be nice if there was a button to lock all folders with complete checklist/reconciliations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

So easy to track all the task and reconcilliations
What do you like best about the product?
List of the recs needs to be prepared and notifications, matching data with Net suit, check list of the assigned tasks, progress percentages, late recs notification, review notes features are great
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as of now. FloQast is a very user-friendly tool for all those who work in accounting with multiple deadlines and projects. FloQast is super easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast resolves my issue to keep track of all my to-do list with a checklist feature and reconciliation progress to meet my deadlines on or before time. Also I can add some comments on the Notes feature.
FQ guarantees we are reconciled and organized well before audit season begins...
What do you like best about the product?
We love FQ at Crusoe Energy as it helps keep the team on track and on time. Management can see what is reconciled and supporting documents are organized and archived perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
FQ is sometimes slow to refresh (when accounts are added or new JEs are posted), but it's worth the wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FQ is helping us to have more transparency within our department. It clearly shows expectations for tasks and timelines as well. It's nice to be able to delegate and keep track of important items so that nothing is overlooked!!
It's been great to work with Floqast and seeing all the changes as we grow as a company

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast has solved a number of our problems. We have been able to go from having small issues to having them resolved very quickly
A User Friendly Platform for Month End Close!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Floqast is the list of checklist items/reconciliation items that can be easily filtered so you can display items relevant to you. It is extremely easy to use and as an Admin i can say that even Admin settings and changes are user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have currently is a manual upload of the Trial Balance. This is due to IT issues related to the accounting software we use though. Automatic Trial Balance upload would save a lot of time though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working to help integrate Remind with Checklist items in such a way that once the Checklist item is marked as complete, the Remind item will also automatically switch to a status of Complete.
easy checklists
What do you like best about the product?
easy check list items that's easliy sortable by month with clear sign offs. easy to maintain and add items as well as a good note system. you can assign and leave follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to keep track of check list items when you cross over months. you may have a past due item but you don't see it becuse you have the wrong month selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that all month end items are done and reviewed without having to rely on a giant unwieldly spreadsheet that can be easily altered or deleted by anyone with access.
FloQast, Helpful, User-Friendly Account Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Having a checklist where I choose what I view for all clients is helpful in getting into a routine per month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading documents sometimes can cause for the system to freeze or documents to not refresh properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently not aware of any new updates.
FloQast is the greatest close management software system!
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is so user-friendly. It's aesthetically pleasing and so easy to navigate. We've successfully reduced the length of our close from 25+ days to less than 10 all with the use of FloQast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the only downside to FloQast is not having the ability to link multiple documents to different folders. We have reconciliations that span a few different accounts and in order for them to tie out to the other folders, we need to copy and paste the reconciliation. This has caused version control issues that could be mitigated if it was possible to link and have a single version of a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is solving the problem of a longer, drawn-out close process. The dashboard is so helpful to see where we are in the close, whether ahead of schedule, in line with the schedule, or behind schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
ability to view the status of the entire entity in one place with regards to the close.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the filtering abilities were better. Also interface between Excel and FQ sometimes is not speedy

Easy to use software for reconciliations
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast has a very to use interface. Only takes a few clicks to get to what I'm looking for.

Sometimes a little slow to refresh through the various subsidiaries. But nothing major.
