Useful but not the most friendly to use
What do you like best about the product?
I feel in today's environment phishing and spam protection is more critical than any endpoint protection. Users are the weakest link in cyber security and protection for any organization. Barracuda SAT fills the role for end user training and awareness of what to look for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to manage and without Executive buy-in to force compliance it can be a waste of time. There are other products that are easier to use and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had nothing in place, and as part of our subscription, we had this module. We used it to send phishing tests to see how our users responded.
