What do you like best about the product?

PandaDoc is very easy to use. Last year, we were using DocuSign, but after conducting some research, we found that PandaDoc would be more cost-effective for our needs. It was one of the best decisions we made. It has been easy to use, straightforward to find information, and when we needed assistance with our bill, they were quick to respond and very helpful. As a school, we don't use it daily, but we do use it a few times a month, and it has been easy to set up our forms as templates and send them to parents.

What do you dislike about the product?

I really don't have much to say. One thing that was a bit frustrating at first was figuring out how to replace documents in a template. Once I figured it out, though, it was a snap.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our schools receive students from all over Alaska, and sometimes it can be challenging to send paperwork to parents who live in the bush. PandaDoc has been great in helping us get our enrollment paperwork filled out and signed in a timely manner.
