What do you like best about the product?
I run a small cleaning company, and PandaDoc has been a game-changer for how I handle client agreements and payments. It’s simple, reliable, and does exactly what I need without being overly complicated. The ability to send out documents effortlessly and keep track of them in real-time has been such a time-saver. I love that I can see when a document has been opened, how many times it’s been viewed, and when it’s been signed. Knowing exactly where everything stands gives me peace of mind and makes my workflow so much smoother.

One feature I appreciate a lot is the stripe integration. Having payments built right into the document is incredibly convenient. My clients can handle everything in one place, which means less back-and-forth and more time saved for both of us.

I’ve tried several e-sign platforms, and PandaDoc is hands-down the best. It’s affordable and packed with useful features that make my job easier. For instance, I can create custom products and quickly add them to a table when preparing estimates for clients. This small feature has been a huge help in making my proposals look professional and polished.

Overall, PandaDoc is easy to use, reliable, and well worth the investment. If you’re looking for a tool that simplifies contracts, payments, and document management, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s made running my small business so much easier, and I use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I really appreciate PandaDoc’s automatic field recognition, it drives me crazy when it doesn’t work properly. If the platform doesn’t recognize a field, I have to adjust it manually every time I add something to the document, because the fields don’t move automatically. This can get frustrating, especially since it’s such a small but recurring issue. For auto-recognized fields, everything works perfectly, but when it doesn’t, it’s a bit of a hassle. Maybe I haven’t figured out the best way to handle this yet, but it’s one thing that bugs me.
