2. Easy integration of all internal systems & tech stacks
3. Quick revert on support tickets
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the loading time can be slow and it can be hard to find the bucket under which a ticket has to be raised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticketing for internal admin purposes and built in functionalities make it super easy to navigate approvals and admin activations across fields.

What do you like best about the product?
The software integrates with zoom and google meet.
Ability of the platform to provide end to end cloud based communications.
The product allows remote access and real-time collaboration.
Visual customization and unlimited number of users.
It ensures a live experience and reduces operational costs.
The product has a free limited plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of the software is very high, especially the monthly subscription.
Customer care services are far below the bar. They keep you on hold for so long and later disconnect you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about Atlassian atlas is that it enables us to generate meeting summaries and make conference calls.

I like how Atlas connects teams, apps, and work context.

I dislike that Atlas is not integrated with more apps and platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
We will be able to work as a team even when we are not together. This one will enable us to contribute to a single item or multiple items. Also it can be used fo documentation also.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now no dislikes since it meets my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to prepare our documentations, client based charts etc. Multiple employees are able to contribute on a single thing.

What do you like best about the product?
We use both Atlassian Jira and Atlas in our environtment and they compliment each other nicely where Jira helps with planning, while Atlas helps with communication across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any Atlassian product, the initial setup can take a learning curve and a long time to deploy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atlas solves the problem of communication and alignment across teams.

Multi edit feature - more than 1 person can edit document at same time

while creating documnets on confluence some times it becomes more repeatative work when we have click edit and save again and again

Why I Love Atlassian Atlas and You Should Too

What do you like best about the product?
One of the features that I like best about Atlassian Atlas is the smart links. Smart links allow me to embed previews of any work item from Jira Software, Confluence, Slack, and other tools in Atlas. This way I can easily share context and information with my team members without leaving Atlas. I can also click on the smart links to open the full view of the work item in the original app. Smart links make it easy for me to access and manage all my work in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Atlassian Atlas is a great tool, but it is not perfect. One of the drawbacks of Atlassian Atlas is that it requires a lot of manual input and updates from the users. For instance, I have to create and edit my team profile, set and track my goals, and post regular updates on Atlas. This can be time-consuming and tedious, especially if I have multiple teams and projects to manage. I wish Atlassian Atlas could automate some of these tasks or integrate with other tools that can do them for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atlassian Atlas is solving the problem of siloed and scattered work across teams and tools. It is helping me to connect the dots between my teams, their apps, and their work, wherever it happens. With Atlassian Atlas, I can see the big picture of what my teams are working on, why they are working on it, and how they are progressing towards their goals. I can also easily communicate and collaborate with other teams and workstreams, without losing context or information. Atlassian Atlas is benefiting me by making my work more efficient, effective, and enjoyable.
