What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to keep track of all our projects as a team, It was easy to use and to implement, We used this every day, therefore, it is our main go-to tool, Jira is one of the best tools to keep track of bugs and trends in regards our Quality Assurance and/or projects. The Support is great and effective, Confluence is also one of the best libraries out there, since it has helped us to keep all our information organized and it is one amazing tool when we talk about updates and also customization. It was very easy to integrate and easy to use, very friendly, amazing interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, maybe that you will need time to get used to all the features that this tool offers, since it can store tons of information, however, this is not a major gripe since all the information is easy to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem is problem solving by storing all of our processes in one site, also bug tracking since it is very simple to report and to follow once the same has been fixed. Every update is share through confluence which is amazing and easy to track.

What do you like best about the product?
We use other products of Atlassian - Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence
I recently got introduced to Atlas.
The most important use of Atlas is to create a detailed page for each project and add details accordingly, such as the status of different projects.
As the product is new customer support is also good.
Now we are using it frequently and trying to integrate it in every project.
What do you dislike about the product?
- No downside as of now, It is new to us so sometimes we get difficulties in the customization part but the support and docs are well written.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue Atlas is solving is to get all the projects in one place and keep track of them and it connects all the team members working on different projects at one place.

Atlassian - Multi Facetted software for all your company's needs

  • December 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Atlassian is easy to use and navigate. We use the Jira platform as well as the regular atlassian kanban boards to track our team's projects and how close to our goals we are.
It was easy to implement this platform and integrate it in our daily tasks. I have been using Atlassian evey single day since joining the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to pick one, the design of it is not the most appealing. Navigation is easy but sometimes does not make the most sense (could be an issue from my company not Atlassian though).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atlassian has been helpful in giving projects and goals context.
It enabled ommunication around progress across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Atlassian is really helpful and responsive. Through an internal Atlas pilot, we were able to collaborate and get feedback from Atlassian in an efficient manner. They also handled expectations for future strategy with honesty and reality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial if the reminder and update cycle could be adjusted to accommodate less conventional work weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boost the results of business processes along with Product functionality and performance.

A good tool for Managing projects

  • December 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tracking tool. It also helps the team to stay connected and updated with the progress. It helps to keep the tasks separated and at the same time connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit difficult to use and for larger teams, the associated cost is on the higher side. Licensing models and pricing structures are very costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to track the progress of the projects I have been working on. Helps me Identify the risk and where the project stands

JIra - JIra is used to manage every task.
Bitbucket - Bitbucket is used to manage all pull requests which manage code changes and the code review feature helps us to improve our skills
Trello - Trello is used to check the improvement, and drawback amount of work we did in a particular period (We are using it to get updates 2 weeks)
Confluence - Confluence is to manage documents of our products, we are using confluence to manage the process of any feature, and we also document any issue if we get it on production. so it will become easy for us to take action if the same issue happens again in the future.

Most important is that we can easily integrate all these products of Atlassian Atlas which makes our work easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't faced any major issues, but it is a little bit difficult for someone new user and to customize it as well.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using this tool for a while in my company now and I feel it works great for us, but with some caveats. First the “good”
Enhanced collaboration and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now the “bad”
We found that it has some limitations on the functionality for what we need, but it appears some of them might be under development, so fingers crossed.
Users and ourselves have been learning and it has been challenging, specially for the end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it helps with carity when we have a lack of visivilityfor our stakeholders
