Intuitive UI and Accurate Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I would say it's easy to navigate on the interface. The info, it's accurate as well. It's my go-to option, my first option. It's the CRM I use the most on a daily basis. Honestly, the initial setup was pretty easy and simple. The interface of HubSpot Commerce Hub is a pretty easy and manageable interface to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have a negative comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Commerce Hub for prospecting customers, helping me find the right person to approach. It's easy to navigate and provides accurate information.
Reliable Sales Tracking and Smooth Payment Reconciliation Integration
What do you like best about the product?
We can keep better track of our sales performance and not have the risk of it not integrating right with the payment reconciliations
What do you dislike about the product?
The user intrerface menus can sometimes be confusing getting to the right place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier for us to produce management reports on future forecasts as it recognises recurring revenues better

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Commerce Hub streamlines the quote to cash process and is really easy to use. It makes payment collection and revenue reporting easier, eliminating some manual tasks. I also appreciate how it unifies the opportunity to revenue process and automates internal approvals and objects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited deep customization and the migration hurdles. It would be great if they could add more features to the lower tiers because they have huge gaps.

I use HubSpot Commerce Hub to streamline the quote-to-cash process, making payment collection and revenue reporting easier. It also unifies opportunity to revenue and automates internal approvals and objects, eliminating some manual tasks and is easy to use.

What I dislike about HubSpot Commerce Hub is that some advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, and customization for complex billing scenarios can feel limited.

HubSpot Commerce Hub solves the problem of disconnected sales, billing, and payment processes by bringing them into a single system. This benefits me by reducing manual follow-ups, improving deal visibility, speeding up invoicing and payments, and keeping sales and finance data aligned in real time.

I like that HubSpot Commerce Hub is very intuitive to use. It gives me all the details about our clients such as their address, phone number, email, and updates on their behavior. For example, it lets me know if they booked or canceled an appointment or if they didn’t show up. These features help me get in touch with clients via email and allow me to track their payments, behavior, and the services they use.

CRM integration is the foundation, as Commerce Hub is natively connected to the HubSpot CRM, syncing quotes, invoices, payments, and deal updates automatically, which eliminates duplicate data entry and ensures accurate, real-time records. Quoting is faster and more reliable with professional quotes generated directly from deal data, reducing errors and shortening the sales cycle. Invoicing and payments simplify the transition from closing a deal to collecting revenue with automated invoices and integrated payment collection, providing a smoother, more professional checkout experience. Automation removes repetitive manual work, saving time and reducing human error. Real-time revenue visibility is a major advantage, supporting better forecasting and decision-making. What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to manage automated emails all in one place. I like the ability to make quick edits as I receive feedback from stakeholders, and it doesn’t affect the workflow. I also like the data insights I can see for click rates, open rates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of anything I dislike about Hubspot Commerce Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Commerce Hub allows us to see which campaigns are effective, and we can allocate resources accordingly. We can make data-driven decisions, and also share that information succinctly with executives.
