What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Commerce Hub is a powerful and easy-to-use software. It helps to build our businesses and manage our online sales in one place. It seamlessly integrates with HubSpot CRM and other HubSpot tools, allowing all sales activities to be managed in one place.
HubSpot Commerce Hub improves the sales process by giving a single view of contacts, deals, emails, meetings, and sales activities. This helps our sales teams to work faster and more efficiently. Automation helps to reduce manual work and increase productivity. We use this daily for our sales activities.
This platform also provides detailed reports and analytics, which help track sales performance. Customer support is excellent and helps resolve issues quickly. It is easy to implement and requires minimal setup. The simple, clean interface makes it easy for users to learn, even if they have little technical experience.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Commerce Hub is how everything feels connected and effortless to use. I also really like HubSpot’s automation features, and I end up relying on them a lot in my day-to-day work.

It's a little complex for someone who's using this tool for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Commerce Hub addresses the issue of having sales, payments, and customer data scattered across multiple tools. Before using it, it was difficult to keep track of who had paid, what they purchased, and how those actions connected back to sales or marketing efforts. The whole process felt fragmented and often required a lot of manual follow-ups.
With Commerce Hub, everything lives in one place. invoices, payments, deals, and customer details are automatically linked. This makes it much easier to track revenue, follow up with customers at the right moment, and understand what’s actually driving sales. For me, it saves time, reduces confusion, and makes the entire sales-to-payment workflow smoother and more professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how I'm able to build branded quotes and proposals quickly with HubSpot Commerce Hub. It gives me full visibility into them, even if the sales team is primarily using it. Also, working with recurring bills and payments, especially for products on monthly subscriptions, is much easier. It offers a full view and acts as a single source of truth for visibility into revenue, which is very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that some advanced options still feel pretty basic, and I don't get why there's an extra payment for that. Also, I would like a bit more customization around the quote templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Commerce Hub helps manage everything post-deal, like codes, invoices, and subscriptions, creating a single source of truth. It simplifies managing payments and gives visibility into revenue with less manual work.

It simplifies revenue tracking, supports better reporting, and keeps sales and finance aligned in one system. The integration with HubSpot CRM reduces manual work and improves accuracy across forecasting and revenue management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting and customization options are limited compared to more specialised finance tools. Certain workflows require workarounds, and deeper financial reporting often needs external integrations. Pricing can also increase as usage scales.

The main drawback is that some advanced billing and customization features are still limited compared to dedicated finance or accounting tools.

I like how HubSpot Commerce Hub saves a lot of time since we don't have to create quotes on a separate platform. I also appreciate that all of the information we need is in one place, which makes things more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Commerce Hub is very easy to configure and self-explanatory. It's easy to navigate and find any app option that I need. I also find it interesting to track outcomes after sending my email campaign, and I'm able to monitor specific KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there is a limitation that sometimes, people can unsubscribe from email campaigns. And I cannot send them a message again. But this is pretty understandable. Since we don't want to spam our potential customers or users. But I was wondering if we can figure out another way to reach out to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Commerce Hub for bulk mailing. It lets me send a lot of emails at once, reaching many people efficiently, and ensures my messages aren't spammy so they don't end up in the trash.

I like how accessible and customizable HubSpot Commerce Hub is. I was able to edit templates for emails as needed and create new email templates, which helps cut down the time used when I have to send email follow-ups.

I don't like how HubSpot Commerce Hub will consistently log me out. Then I have to re-login, and it doesn't always update the templates when this happens.

I use HubSpot Commerce Hub to ensure I send the right info to advertisers and printers, using email templates to fill in details automatically. It helps me not forget info and saves time with customizable templates.
