What do you like best about the product?
I was there when they split commerce hub out from sales hub, and it just made sense. The ability to integrate your recurring sales into your overall CRM is so helpful vs. using third-party apps. Very easy to use, and no extra implemnetation it came already built in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I remember, as it was a pre-exisitng hub that was built into sales hub, then became it's own hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of times folks are using a great app like Stripe, but it is only allowing you to make transactions, not allowing you to have a deeper dive into your customer profile. managing transactions within the CRM allwos you to dot hat.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have enjoyed the growth of the product and the team. Nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating our Hubspot CRM to our quoting and subscription solution was the primary reason we purchased CF
Ease of data management , data handling and data sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing automation tools are the most helpful feature of HubSpot along with centralized customer data storage. One other important feature is the report dashboard. We can create reports for any parameter regarding the business and find the improvement data very easily and frequently. Data exporting is swift and this can be customized according to our preference. Also the recent integration of AI to navigate or find the process of getting things done in HubSpot is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention that I dislike about HubSpot, it really is a time saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The difficulty of maintaing all of the customer data is resolved with HubSpot, it's saved safe and securely. The automation and workflows also help the task complete efficiently. Also email templates that can be bulk sent out to the desired customers makes it even better and reduces the time and effort to be spent on it.

Cacheflow streamline the invoicing and payment processes seamlessly.

I have been using it for years and there isn't anything to dislike about Cacheflow

My overall experience with Cacheflow has been great! The ability to handle multiple currencies and payment methods made it easy for us to cater to a global customer base.
Smooth Contract Workflows and Invoicing!
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped in quick Contract creation, Invoicing and managing different payment plans for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of now but this field is asking me to add minimum words!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cacheflow is helping me create Contracts for various plans very fast. The UI is great and helps me understand the Subscription details in one place alongwith sharing payment links with the customers.
I highly recommend that others implement Cacheflow. You will not regret it!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality is in its infancy. It works, but it could be more customisable to our needs. For example, some of the terminology on the order forms is US-focused, and it can't be changed.
However, we have compromised here as the pros outweigh the limitations, and we constantly see Cacheflow enhance functionality.

We relied on multiple systems that didn't interact effectively. We lacked a single source of truth for subscriptions, leading to frequent back-and-forth communication between teams to verify data and ensure financial accuracy.
CacheFlow for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
The product is fantastic and so easy to setup and implement. This has allowed us to create a CPQ style proposal and easily share with our customers. The ability to manage subscriptions has been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, the software was slightly limited and missed a few fry functions. After working with the CF team, they were able to help us implement essentially everything we needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform to hand our SaaS subscriptions in an easy to manage platform. This has given us a huge leg up in our process.
Close more deals faster
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a monthly, quarterly and annual subscription option for our prospects. We also love the integration with Docusign to quickly sign the configurable proposal. It helps us close deals with low friction and honestly the proposal just looks beautiful.
It's super easy to use and the implementation easy and same day. We use cacheflow daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to delete a proposal and make it again for simple things after the proposal is signed, like changing a payment method from credit card to direct debit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a huge improvement from using Docusign or Hubspot's proposal tool. Everything is so configurable and fast. It's saving us a sales ops hire and our sales reps are quick to get prosposals/contracts out to customers.
Highly recommended CPQ for scaling sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Cacheflow has greatly helped us streamline the process of creating proposals and managing billing for our customers. Its seamless integration with Hubspot and other tools helps us effectively manage our data. Getting started with it is super easy, and it saves a lot of time for our sales team. Their customer support is also top-notch. We use it daily at our organization, and it was very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am impressed by Cacheflow's capabilities overall. However, I would like to see their product roadmap and more flexibility in changing contracting terms, as well as integrations with tools such as Slack. Additionally, improving the speed and reliability of their platform is important to me.

Ease of creating proposals, sharing them with customers, getting proposals signed seamlessly, and managing a customer's contract lifecycle, all from a single source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how great their proposal and order forms look. It's super clear for the prospect to know exactly what they are getting and for how much.

Some parts take time to get used to but over great experience.
