Postman is an Api platform where user test their Api
What do you like best about the product?
I like its flexibility and productivity and i try many time to test my api called like post, get, delete and patch. in addition, it is easy to implement system
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like its structure because when i use the platform it require authentication key but still i face issue on postman and also i request to customer care to get solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problem which itself solve is automatically redirect to homepage while go thorugh the another page and that's the big benefit of usecase
Great tool for API testing.
What do you like best about the product?
Postman makes it very easy to test an API without writing extra scripts. The initial setup is very easy, just install and you are ready to go.We can also group the similar APIs as a collection and run then any time as they can be saved. We can also share these collections with friends and colleagues and also import external APIs. I think the customer support is also really good. It is my go to tool to test APIs everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it has an initial learning curve. Also some features are only available in paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman helps me to check if an API is working as expected or not without writing lots of code. I can save the requests and also group similar requests as a collection which makes it even better. What i like most is the extra options which we get for graphql requests which helps us to try around different requests and get responses accordingly and also the UI for this is very easy, one click and you can update the request and get the expected response. We can also import the APIs and collections which we have not created on postman which makes it more easier to share the date with colleagues and re-use the APIs.

What I enjoy the most about Postman is how quickly I can test and debug APIs without writing extra code. I also love how easy it is to add small test scripts—it makes my workflow faster and more reliable. Overall, Postman has become a tool I open almost daily as a developer.

Some advanced features are locked behind the paid version, which can be a limitation for individual developers.

Postman simplifies the entire API development lifecycle by providing a single platform for designing, testing, and documenting APIs. It eliminates the need to write custom scripts for every test, saving time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
i'm using postman from time when i start my career in software industry till now, on day to day basis after api implementation my next step is to test api using post man a very lightweight and feature rich tool that provides all supports for api testing much benificial for QA Team. i like most about postman is its extension is now available in may ide also so no need to switch to postman application. and one more i like is format supports from formdata to multipart formdata.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not any critical issue that i face regarding postman, its better enough, but they can work on api docs so any one can test product apis as documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
postman is working on workspace management so many team ,member can work on same project from api development to api testing and collaboration as all in one platform, also postman working on AI related pats so can be hepful for api automation will be helpful to automate the whole cycle of api development

Postman makes it super easy to test APIs without writing extra code. Collections, environment variables and pre-request scripts save me tons of time.

Postman can feel a little slow when handling large collections or big responses. The desktop app sometimes uses a lot of memory too.
