Best tracking software out there
What do you like best about the product?
Azuga makes it easy to keep track of a large fleet of vehicles. Can do custom reports and get real time data. No need to worry about where you vehicles are located because they are easily accessible on the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
If vehicles are not driven or in storage the modules drain your battery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vehicle abuse and speeding. Keeping our drivers safe. Monitor hard braking, sudden acceleration and duration of speeding infractions.

Great GPS Company
What do you like best about the product?
Great Reliable software keeps me alert day to day with our operational fleet. Instantly available information is already waiting for you at your request, whether it's at your fingertips or even reported via email alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When mapping a GPS unit Device with a Vehicle, that GPS devise sometimes does not map with driver demonstrating device as never engaged with custom operator unit , leaving you to believe its another unit. This is found when using the Admin feature when organzing the devises with drivers and vehicles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I trust the information given by Azuga on our vehicle fleet and realize it's accurate and genuine to its timestamp , so this minimizes any doubt or problems that arise with employee conflicts and faulty devises.

I can see where my technicians are without interrupting workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to tell where they are exactly without zooming in on the location.

Less time on the phone locating people and letting customers know quickly how long before they arrive.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of knowing where my technicians are at any given time makes it easier to dispatch them. This is much more efficient.

There isn't anything I dislike about the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The convenience of knowing where my technicians are at any given time makes it easier to dispatch them. Knowing when service is needed is helpful in planning. Time management is easier to kee track of when I can see where the technicians are and for how long they have been there. Driving "scores" have increased because the technicians know we are alerted when the are speeding, hard breaking, idleing too long, etc. We can check on progress and safety of our technicians when they are dispatched to other parts of the state.
Excellent experience with AZUGA
What do you like best about the product?
Azuga has been an essential tool in the past 3 years in our truck fleet, with the program we can monitor where the unit is at all times, its status, and any warning that the unit has is reported by the system for its due intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the availability to create customized reports is something that should be considered to facilitate the management of the data produced according to the needs of the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system has helped us reduce idle time, which was quite high, we have been able to maximize vendor routes, we have been proactive in response to alerts, and fuel savings over the past few years have been significant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
100% recommended.

Seeing where vehicles are and if they are speeding, see where they are at and if they are somewhere they should not be.

That once unplugged, there is no way to track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When unplugged, no data. The ones we had before would give us data for a day or two until the battery died. We can see where vehicles are, speeding, and seat belt usage.
App is user Friendly, and helps my team and I maintain safe driving behaviors.

Updated scores on daily basis and ability to export a report of my entire team whenever needed.

Nothing really, the app is a great tool in our arsenal.

It is very user friendly and easy to understand

Currently, I have not found anything I dislike. We are new to Azuga, and the experience so far has been positive.

All information is stored in one place, we used to use Excel to track info. Azua is more convenient.

Being able to know where our drivers are at all times. Safety is our #1 priority.

Distrust from employees in that they feel they are being watched.

Inefficiencies in operating vehicles. It allows us to track time more accurately.

Azuga is worth it even if you only have one vehicle on the road daily.
