What do you like best about the product?
Easy usage. Love the dash cameras both front and forward viewage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to route replay multiple trucks at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the safety cameras we are able to maintain safer driving. Teach what not to do while driving and how to avoid driving incident or accidents.

azuga is a wonderful resource for fleet management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage the fleet in real-time, I also enjoy having the option of geofencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the device suffers from latency in reporting, I just wish there was a broader coverage or stronger signal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Azuga I can resolve issues with time management, productivity; it also allows me the opportunity to send the closest person based on their location; this equals cost savings for my company. I can increase productivity which also equals additional revenue opportunities.
Saved a Stolen School Bus
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to see where the fleet is at any time especially if a vehicle is stolen.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a large fleet as we do over 8 states with 275 locations that house 875 vehicles, getting the devices all activated is challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to know how our drivers are operating the vehicles.

The easy way it is to navigate the site. Fast response time.

Sometimes it moves the van when you run the mouse over it.

Misuse of company vehicles speeding. locating a vehicle nearby for parts

I use it to track my trucks from job to job very accurate I like that it is very spot on

I don't like when you are on one truck and hit back to the prior day it skips 2 days

I can find my trucks if any issues arise and track start time and stop times

I'd say get it it is very user friendly easy to use and track

It doesn't integrate with specific work order software; however, I don't think that is Azuga's fault

We are easily able to track our vans on one map. This makes it easier for both service and install to route more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The tracking is so easy to use and really is helpful when you aren't able to get a driver to answer the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything that I have run into for me to dislike.

I'm able to track drivers quicker than phone calls. It's a very handy tool to have when you need answers quickly.

Very easy to use, both Webpage and App.!

dislike, there is no LIVE mode to see where the fleet is LIVE

Easy to locate where our equipment is at and time of arrival
Excellent tool to monitor technicians' activities
What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy with time and visibility. It has different tools to mark trucks, landmarks, and drivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is a little slow...but I'm not quite sure if it is due to my internet connection

It's a great tool I use to approve timesheets for the technicians
